I stopped in last night around 6ish. Ordered a hot chocolate and a latte. My hot chocolate was swill. Nasty hot water with a brown flavoring. Clearly the mix wasn’t in the machine. It was so gross. I saw the employee open the door to the hot chocolate machine which is when I should have just cancelled the order and save me the 3 dollars. I can’t believe he saw the watery mix come out and still served it to me. It was terrible.

Bathrooms closed and was not told kindly about it. There is a soccer tournament and I think they just don’t want them overused because each employee said something different. Otherwise nice clean place.

It doesn’t make sense that they close at 2pm when they aren’t far from Rt 2. And they need to change the delivery hours. Delivery is open til 8:30pm but when Dunks is closed there’s no delivery. Close at 2 on a different day. Fridays are the busiest days of the week. I don’t know how much longer customers are going to be going to this location.

i would give this store one HUNDRED stars if i could. i come here every day on my lunch — and usually on my way into work too — and every time i’m greeted by happy faces and kindness all around. they never fail to get my (stupidly complicated) coffee order right and even though this store is an hour away from my house, i even come here on my days off simply because they’re my favourite!! i wholeheartedly love the dunks employees here and proudly tell all my friends about my coffee shop friends that i see often enough they’ve learned my order. this is the best dunkin’ location in MA, trust me – as a certified caffeine addict, i’ve hit almost all of them.
