I go to this Dunkin five days a week and I can officially say I will not be returning. I have worked in customer service so I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is truly the worst Dunkin I have been to. The wake up wraps consistently come out burnt and the coffee seems to never be right. The blonde woman in the window is so rude and I have been there on more than a few occasions where they shut down the drive thru. When you go in the store you can hear her flipping out about how she is not waiting on customers until she finishes what she is doing and she has verbally expressed that she does not care how long they have to wait. That is completely unacceptable. If the food wasn’t absolute garbage I could look past the bad attitudes. There is one guy who works there who has a beard and he is very pleasant but that is the only saving grace. Disgusting.

Awful!! We placed an online order only to find one item was not available when we finally anrrived ant the window. … and they don’t do refunds so you have to call. Call who!? Dunkin is impossible to get through to. After over 20-25 min wait, we ended up getting only half our order! They forgot my sons donuts and several drinks! We were so annoyed we didn’t bother to go back and have yet to hear back from DD about a refund. A really terrible DD. 🙁 I felt bad for the young lady working there doing what appeared the best she could and they were slammed. But no excuse! We want our $ back.

The wait time this morning was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the blonde woman in the window not sure her name definitely made up for it very friendly and efficient I always see her zooming around even when busy making sure everyone is taken care of & my coffee tastes great I look forward to it when I see her in the window haha I wonder if it’s rude if I specifically ask for her to make my coffee ?

I feel like it’s hit or miss with this Dunkin. Generally, the staff is kind, but I’ve had my order messed up, it’s incomplete, or I’m not able to order what I want after sitting a long time in the drive thru line. If it wasn’t conveniently on my commute I wouldn’t get my Dunkin fix here.

My wife and I have been coming here for years fast friendly service. But in the passed few months they have gone down hill. The lines are crazy long, wait times are 20 plus mins half the time I have to go back or to south street pittsfield to correct my order. We will be asked to wait in the drive Thur just so they can hurry and clean and get out of there I not one to complain most employees are very friendly sitting there in a group talking about non work related topics is not professional
