First St Dunkin I am so disgusted honestly…I ordered 2 of the the bacon avocado and tomato sandwich, it comes toasted sour dough, but I requested they leave the bacon off. This lovely rotting turning brown sour smelling avocado on definitely NOT toasted bread, is what i received.

I tried calling at about 9:20pm, I was going to ask if they could just make sure to get some tomatoes and a fresh avocado on there, but no answer. I tried continuously for the next 30mins to call and no answer….they close at 10:00pm.
I ended up just emailing cooperate. If it had been the simple missed tomato I would’ve been fine (tho not pleased but still I could’ve eaten it) but the avocado was SOUR smelling and clearly rotting, it must have been sitting on that bread for quite awhile for it to brown that way around the edges or they put the brown part down first and covered it with the green.
East St Dunkin has the BEST Avocado sandwich, unfortunately they always close a little earlier than their advertised 8:00pm closing time as well.

The woman that is working behind the counter is very rude. First she waits on a customer and because she is in such a rush she damn near threw his change at him. Then proceeded to make comments saying I don’t want my times messed up for the drive thru. As I was there to pick up a DoorDash order she says to the other employee that she don’t give a damn about the DoorDash orders that she was worried about the drive thru. Meanwhile there is a whole line of people in the store. Very unprofessional and me personally I will never order from them.

I ordered an ice coffee with 6equal 7 cream and 5 carmel. The coffee that they delivered was an almost black ice coffee. Since I ordered through doordash it’s not like I saw it and noticed it was wrong until after it was already delivered.

Keep getting shorted on my order and I can’t even reach a human being when I call to see if they can fix their error. We all make mistakes but when I pay for something and don’t receive it, I want to be reimbursed and it made right. How can that happen if you can’t even speak to someone?

I go in and order pickup for my adult children once in awhile. All the employees are very friendly, pleasant, quick, and great . Nothing bad to say, I always make sure to tip because they are on point. Even when I go through drive thru and received have a blessed day after ordering, I always made sure to wish her the same, I know it was sent with caring that day I received extra with order ( I smiled) regardless how bad my morning. I appreciate her for that and all the employees that work there.

Employees are usually very friendly, so I like going here. They make my usual order well, a large Coolatta and 2 toasted plain bagels.
