Today, they were out of ice coffee. I asked if they could make me one the “old- fashioned way” (hot coffee poured over a cup full of ice). They obliged, and it was the best Dunkin iced coffee I had in years!❤️ Thank you Dominique and Zack for taking the extra time to make it for me!

Worst Dunkin ever. Wait time in drive-thru is at least 20 minutes and the employees’ attitudes are god awful. I always tell whoever serves my food to have a nice day and they NEVER even look at me or acknowledge me.

I watched assistant manager completely ignore line of customers. Then dismiss valid complaint by leaving customer chanting “I have my own work to worry about” zero customer service feel bad for the young kids working and trying their best. I looked for contact information for owner of this storefront but was unsuccessful. Name of assistant manager was Pedro. I will personally never return.

Honestly dunkin isn’t my favorite coffee shop not only because of how their coffee tastes, but also due to their inconsistency. Once we ordered two of the same drinks with my friend and both tasted different. How is this even possible 4 stars because it is close and convenient, otherwise I think a 3.

Food is always either luke warm or at times cold. Never have i ordered a sandwich and got it nice and hot. It is rare at any Dunkin. Atleast the service and the coffee is on point.

Honestly the quality is great if you don’t like it they will remake it, and their customer service makes sense because it respects their business while giving pleasure to its customers by only refunding for the day and you need to bring your drink back so they can get you another one, I go there like 4 times a week and the food, drink, and service is satisfactory but the girl manager with “Dora the Explorer” hair does not treat her workers fairly and professionally, she does not use positive let alone neutral words when her workers (except for the favorite ones) do not exactly meet the standard, instead she uses harsh words that discourages her workers and makes them more panicked than they should be (the guy assistant manager is okay btw, and acts how a manager is supposed to be, but I don’t really hear from him everyday, just once a week). Anyways if you want a quality food and drink made with discouraged and horrified workers (because of their treatment they get from their girl manager)…go to this one!!!

They have 10 people working but 9 of them are all on drive thru only. Took me almost 20 minutes to buy 2 donuts this morning, and it would have been longer if I didn’t get someone’s attention from the back to just grab me the donuts. The single person working the front counter should have help because she takes orders, makes coffees for the counter customers and does the online orders too. Put one more person in the front and it’ll be so much better.

This is only DD I’ve found that knows how to make a tasty frozen coffee, and even the long lines move quickly. They are always friendly, unlike other nearby locations where the staff have an attitude. I’ll travel the extra distance to this location, just cause it’s nice to hear a pleasant voice and get coffee that tastes good.
