Pretty good service, she was nice. Atmosphere was very low key, nothing fancy, more like a truck stop. Food was horrible. The fish tasted like something microwaved and tasteless, shrimp was hard and barely chewable, steak was like a piece of shoulder roast, thick, grisly, tough, and the vegetables tasted funny . It all tasted like bargain microwave dinners that had been warmed up more than once and just should have been thrown out….eww. Very very disappointed.

When we walked in, we stood waiting to be acknowledged for a few minutes. Several servers looked at us but no one came over to seat us. They had a larger party on the other side but they appeared to be done eating and were just drinking. When the server finally came over, she seemed bothered by the fact that we had 11 in our group (6 adults, 5 kids). We had just gotten done with the memorial for husband and brothers-in-law’s grandmother and it was about 8:30. The kids were tired and hungry.

Bar tender unavailable waited 7 minutes at the bar for a beer that a waitress finally came and served. Bartender was inconvenienced by waiting on us because they had glassware to put away , only 4 customers there. The salad bar was satisfactory, however we waited an unusually long time for the Chicken Parmesan. Which when in arrived was cold and sitting in water. Thought we would give them another try after last year’s disappointment at Clay County Fair time. Unfortunately not again, terrible experience.

After waiting almost an hour for our appetizer that we ordered at the same time as our regular food, we waited another 30 minutes and then asked the waitress how much longer it would be. She said she had no idea, so we paid for our appetizer and drinks and left. Horrible experience and the waitress didn’t even seem to care.

Chicken sandwich was good, the ribeye sandwich was hearty but my god the service is non existent. We sat at the bar 3 mins before being acknowledged in Any form with 3 people running around. It took about 35 mins for food once they took the order and fries were not hot.

I’m so not sorry for this, but this was by far one of the worst restaurants I have been to in a long, long time. The food was just plain out disgusting, I had the fettuccine alfredo and it just tasted so… Weird. I didn’t like the flavor it had what so ever. The flavor of it just tasted like it was some kind of herb pasta instead of the regular flavor, and not even good herb pasta! To add on to that it came with these awful vegetables in this old bbq gravy. However, the service was descent.

Waited 2 hours to get our food after making a reservation. Food was good but anything would taste good after waiting that long. Waitresses were nice. No hot water in the restrooms.

Did not care for the food nor service here. First time here is my last. We waited to get served for awhile. the lettuce salad was not washed and we couldn’t eat it. Waitress we had acted like she didn’t want to serve us. My steak was awful. Goodbye to this dump.

Dublin’s provided terrible service for my family. It’s a Friday night, about half-filled, and yet the servers never filled our drinks, were very unattentive, and took 20+ minutes to bring the check alone after we had gone out of our way to ask. It took a flagging down to get ahold of our server….and then a ten minute wait for whatever we asked for. Finally, for twenty dollars a person, you would get good food….though the food was just okay. If Chef Ramsey were here….he would SHUT. IT. DOWN.

Fair food. Large portions. So so service. For being the local upscale restaurant it left much to be desired. I will go back if a group of us is going.
