Very odd, 2nd questionable experience in as many visits.
On Monday I placed and paid for a mobile order and arrived during business hours but the door was locked. The guy inside made the “we are closed” sign with his hands. I had to yell several times about my mobile order and he finally came to open the door and handed it to me. He said they closed early. Why, and doesnt he think I would still want my paid for mobile order? No explanation
So I called Primo Hoagies Corporate in NJ, left a polite message asking for a call back. 4 days later and nothing. I assume they just do not care.

Last few orders have been wrong unfortunately. Ordered the bada bing which literally has 3 ingredients on it. The rabe was completely missing. My husband asked for a cheese swap and to add toppings and Both were also missed. For $14 this was ridiculous. How do you forget the rabe on a cutlet, rabe, and provolone sandwich?! And seeing the latest reviews, the owner posts the exact same message every time. People should be compensated. Nothing will change except people will stop ordering from this location.

I wanted to take the time to say what a well-lead operation they have at the Phoenixville location. I left my wallet behind by accident and not only did they have it kept in their safe until I was able to come back to get it, it had everything still in it and they even double checked that it was actually me before handing it over. They saved me a huge headache, and it’s obvious the manager of this location has taught his associates well.

I ordered a Primo size Nonna’s Veggie. The guy taking my order was very kind and polite. I told him I would be picking it up in about 20 minutes. I came back, and a very nice lady working there, and she was also very friendly. The hoagie was neatly wrapped, not messy, and it was delicious! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve gotten hoagies here a number of times, and I have never been disappointed.

Primo makes an awesome sandwich when it’s made the way you ask for it to be made. Taking the order and then preparing the sandwich as if not reading the order for the sandwich. When paying for what you want and not getting it can be extremely annoying. Love to have what I pay for and exactly as I asked for it. If I ever get a sandwich made the way I ask for it. I will give five stars

I order from this location semi-frequently but the last two times I have ordered online, they have added the Diablo seasoning to my sandwich when it is not part of the ingredients or requested. I don’t know if they’re getting their seasonings mixed up or what, but for this to happen twice on a plain ham & cheese is very frustrating. Makes the sandwich unedible.
