Well this morning I called up Don Pedro’s to document my bad service issues from last night. I was lucky enough to get Pierre Mesa, the owner. After I went over the details of last night’s meal he showed a sincere desire to correct the shortcomings I experienced. He has taken a customer’s concern to heart and has spoken to his staff about making things right when a legitimate problem comes up. There was never a problem with the food as it was delicious and presented artfully. On your next dinning visit to Winooski be sure to try Don Pedro’s Tacqueria as you will not be disappointed.

This place rocks. I am from California and I had to go to Vermont to find a decent burrito and get this, the dude that runs the place is from the California wine country. Seriously it is better taqueria food than I can get in Sonoma CA. And they have healthy options also!
