Awesome delivery driver. Hidden $5.99 charge on $13.98 order so it makes it tough to pay the awesome delivery driver a tip when they call the fee a delivery charge. She does not get that money. Just tell us the real cost so we can see if it is affordable and if delivery is the best option. Giving the money to the company and saying its for gas money…. Please guys. Show some respect. God I love love our small town of Pahoa! It’s only been 40 plus years that I’ve been ordering pizza and my brain has always asked for the chili peppers and cheese at the time of the hand off! However, you’ve now gotta order as an “extra” and pay for it, which is all good and dandy if I could only remember that when I’m ordering lol! A huge “thank you” mahalos to Mr. Loyd my driver and the woman who answered my call, I’m so sorry I don’t remember what her name was but she was completely sympathetic to the idea of her company making this move and without making herself or her Dominos look bad about the issue was able to help me solve the issue! I just wanted to say Mahalo again for making sure that I really enjoyed my dinner tonight!

Pahoa Domino’s is Awesome!! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my order could be delivered to our area which is a little ways away from Pahoa Town – I am unable to use the “deliver” option through the app due to where we are located, but just need to call the store and give them our address and request for it to be delivered instead! Right on, Pahoa Domino’s! We keep ordering from this location because they are ALWAYS nice over the phone and willing to get the order to us! Keep up the good PIZZA & Service! I was weary because of the bad reviews but looks like this location just opened in the last month or two. I tried them anyway despite the reviews because I had no other delivery option. Glad I tried! My delivery driver was super nice, despite not having a house number yet, she still found my house based on my delivery notes. Usually pizza places do the bare minimum but not this location – I got a small baggie of neatly packed napkins and free chilli packets (not so free with other chains). Since I just moved in, this was much appreciated! My order came quick, tracked it on the little tracker they have online, and my pizza dough was cooked through (not raw like someone complained) despite ordering it with extra pizza sauce. Hopefully this review helps others on the fence due to the bad reviews – my experience was great!
