Every time I got an impossible whopper from here (3/3 times) it’s tasted pretty gross. I thought they all tasted this way until I tried it at the smallwood dr burger king and realized that it’s just gross here.

This is my favorite burger place, but the service can be slow at times. I went there recently and went to the walk-up window to order. It was a long wait wait in the cold. The person who was there before me was waiting, and I didn’t know that he hadn’t ordered yet. He said the manager said they were serving the customers in cars first, then walk-up customers. I left because here we were standing in the cold and had to . while people in their warm cars were served. It didn’t make sense to not alternate walk-up customers with drivers. I have been come there for to buy whoppers and never heard that. I didn’t get that managers name. But it was at night during the week.

The worst Burger King ever, I ordered an impossible whopper meal with onion rings and a frozen coke. Simple Right. I was told to move up to wait for the onion rings. Then after 10 mins of waiting a worker came out with my bag, the sandwich was cold, the onion rings hot and NO DRINK

They’re breakfast stops at 10:30, and I walked up at 10:28 fully expecting to be turned away. They were perfectly accommodating and served me breakfast without a complaint. I know of several other fast food chains (McDonald’s) that would’ve at the very least raised a stink, and made it clear that I was late and lucky to be served.

As a truck driver, I walked a mile to their location. I was nearly starving. At the front counter, a sign read “drive through only.” This was around 8pm. I called them and advised that my truck could not fit through the drive through. They refused to serve me. I ended up eating elsewhere 2 hrs later. Worst experience ever.

The staff is always friendly! Food is always hot and good! I had a problem trying to use a coupon and it wouldn’t work. Manager showed me I was trying to use mobile order coupon and took it anyway. Won’t make that mistake again! Service is king and Burger King….

It took 10 minutes sitting at the speaker to get to order food. Once we got home discovered that one of the sandwiches was missing a patty. Fries had no salt on them. Jalapeno poppers were mostly bread and a tiny bit of sliced jalapenos.
