Currently there’s a coupon on the back of receipts from the Macey’s across the street for a buy one get one free deal. Today when I tried to use the coupon for the $6.66 pepperoni I was told that the coupon isn’t good for those pizzas because it’s not their regular price, and that it’s a special offer and he seemed annoyed that I was even trying to use the coupon for it. Since when is the price on the menu in the restaurant that’s been there for years a “special”. On top of this the worker got very rude when I took the receipt back and said I would just go to Little Caesar’s, and proceeded to try and argue with me about it as I left. Admittedly that got under my skin a little and I told him if the price is the price on the menu that’s not a “special”. This experience has probably turned me off from ever going back; which is a shame because they really are better than Little Caesar’s, but I don’t appreciate being treated rudely. Especially in a restaurant that looks like it needed to be renovated 20 years ago, and less than a clean appearance. I wouldn’t be surprised if the older guy that argued with me doesn’t cost them even more business. Someone needs to tell him even if the customer is wrong you don’t argue with them when they’re already started walking away, and not saying anything; especially not when they’re already more than 10 feet away, and halfway to the door. Maybe the coupon if actually not good towards those two pizzas should specifically state that since I don’t know anyone who thinks those prices are a special offer again since the menu on the wall shows $6 for a cheese and $6.66 for a pepperoni.

I boght the white pizza. Its the most disgusting thing ever. Supposedly its a “garlic sauce” but the pizza is literally made of garlic and cheese no sauce in it.
There was sooo much garlic in it that i couldnt not finish counting them.
I di like garlic but this is disgusting, garlic is even hard. Please dont make this pizza and if you dont want to waste your money dont buy the damn white pizza.

I order for delivery all the time and I’ve always been happy with their pizzas. Last night I ordered our favorite – the Hawaiian. It came quickly and we dove in. After one bite we discovered the crust was burnt. We tried to eat it but it was just so burnt you could smell it and taste it. So I called to complain. Within a 1/2 hour, I had a new pizza. It was perfect. The person who answered the phone was so polite and helpful and apologized. I’ll keep going back. We love their pizzas and I love their garlic knots and wings. Thank you BD for the new pizza!

This time it was much better. Having a very stressful week and working so many hours on top of school. Probably should’ve waited to post. I didn’t eat that night either.

Ordered online, waited for order. Got 2 different stories, one they called for 20 mins and two, waited out front in the lobby. FUNNY THING… I was standing in the lobby, didnt see anyone with pizzas coming in or out. Called and was told, they couldn’t refund my $$, had to call tomorrow morning for a manager or wait an hour for it to be redelivered. Was even told, they would call me when driver returned and was on his way. WAITED an hour, had to call again and was told the order was canceled. Unprofessional and untruthful, would not trust the pizza now if they actually did delivered it. NEVER had a problem with other locations, will never order from this particular location again. No response on my refund, since they decided to cancel my order. GUESS they are just going to keep it.

They have the best bubba bread other locations have the sticks and the two young men working were fabulous their system broke down and we had to pay cash but the bowling ally next door had a atm and they were still willing to make our Oder while we went and got cash they were obviously frustrated as they should be but they did awesome!

I saw their $3.99 Monday deal and thought they were worth giving a try! At that price, I had to know if it was any good. I mean, 4 bucks!! Little Caesar, step aside!! I went inside and I wouldn’t say it’s a place I would really go to eat AT the facility. A little cold, and didn’t seem super clean. (The only reason it’s not 5 stars.) But I wanted it To-go anyways. The employees were so nice and informative. I opted to pay $1 more because they have FRESH mushrooms! (Unlike many places that just have canned. ) and they didn’t go stingy with any toppings! They said it would be done in 7 minutes or less… So I checked the time on my phone for fun and it was in my hands in 6 minutes!!
The pizza was delicious! The crust was great! I will say, it could’ve used some additional spices on there (like Little Caesar’s Zap packets).
Also got the Bubba Bread bites… Sinfully delicious. A little too much garlic butter pooling in the bottom, but we dipped our pizza in it! Ha! We just moved here and will definitely be back!! It’s almost dangerous having it this close by! And with a drive through… I will have no excuses to not stop by frequently.
