Two weekends in a row, we ordered pan pizzas with extra cheese and extra sausage… As you can see, there’s plenty of cheese, but there’s no way this should be considered “extra” sausage. some pieces have almost no sausage at all and the outer parts of my second pizza don’t have any… When I complained to the very young looking shift supervisor he stood his ground and said that was what extra sausage is like. Not Cool! and very authority happy attitude as well.

(Edit): This place got our order wrong. The phone number listed both on Google, the Dominos website, and the receipt were not going through for a period of time. However, when I did get a hold of Theresa at the store, she was very kind and apologized, and said she’d issue a credit to us. We appreciate her hard work and hope Domino’s can better support their employees in the future as we’re sure this wouldn’t have happened if Domino’s would hire more staff for their stores.

I placed an order at 8:28pm. It’s now 9:27pm and I am not sure where my food is at. I was charged for my order, the store which happens to be on Main St. in the city of Santa Ana isn’t answering their phone. While I understand that it’s a weekend and they may be busy but can you please update the tracker or let your customers know you’re having technical difficulties. Disconnecting the line after a ring is so infuriating because I am only trying to get an update on my order. Customer service is non existent and the online help button is of no help.

It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings. It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It was quite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but their customer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. If I even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don’t work there because they were never present and only called me back once but told me they didn’t have the authority to help.
