Insane service, I made a mistake and forgot to mention that I needed to change my drink to oat milk instead of whole milk. The lady that took my order came out and started yelling at me before I could finish my sentence. Insanely rude and uncalled for when I had already paid for it anyways! Definitely avoiding this dunkin customer service was crazy.

Horrendous service every time I visit this location. Made a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru and wanted to add a pup cup since I had my dog with me. When I got to the window, the employee told me it was $1.07 for the pup cup. For a cup of WHIPPED CREAM. It’s always been free in the past and I spent over $20 on my pick up order but they wanted MORE money. Honestly unbelievable. Have also asked to buy the promotional buckets they sell with the munchkins separately without the munchkins and was told “no we can’t do that”. Yet I visited another location and they had no problem selling the bucket separately. I never have these problems at the Deptford location so
I’ll continue to go there but avoid this specific one at all costs.

Baristas have no clue what’s going on. Took 5 mins and 3 people to understand that I was ordering a pumpkin iced coffee w pumpkin cold foam and a spider donut. Pulled up to order face to face…finally achieved ordering. no cold foam was added so I asked AGAIN and got it on the side. The coffee was see through and tasted like coffee infused water. Tried to call because I couldn’t go back and nobody answered.

So the coffee order was wrong. When you ask for French vanilla swirl and they ask if you want extra in it… you say yes, and then they don’t put any in at all! Mind you, it was a polite interaction, and the order was wrong. I love Dunkin, but I’d like my order correct.

Just recently got hooked on dunkin. I order my Charli Cold brew Cold foam the same way everytime with light ice, extra caramel and stir really well. They said they were out of Carmel and I asked for chocolate so they suggested the Chocolate stout instead. I said I will take that but also with light ice and stir really well. They said sure and gave me my drink which looked like it wasn’t stirred at all. Had I drank it with a straw I would have came away with a mouthful of sugar. I ask for light ice for a reason but i ask for it to be stirred really well because i am drinking a liquid good to the last drop but not looking forward to a sugary surprise at the bottom of my cup.

Went here today, usually it’s fine, but I ordered a small BLACK coffee, and received cream & sugar. They even asked me to repeat what I said and I said it very slowly so they could understand. My fiancé is lactose intolerant so he couldn’t even drink it! It’s like 3 bucks out of my pocket so whatever, but at least get my order right….

I come here alot mostly for the same thing frozen coffee . Very good. I mostly only get frozen coffee sometimes I get the brown sugar bacon wake up wrap which is also good.

This store is a disgrace to the franchise of Dunkin they completely forgot a sandwich I ordered and then the coffee was just down right horrendous they gave me a coffee with sour milk in it.I went back right before they closed and said they would not fix it. this is not the first time they have got my order wrong the employees are just lazy. Do not waist your money at this store.they could of made some one really sick by giving them soured milk

Not all Dunkin locations are the same- this one is absolutely one of the best. Every time I go here, their drive-through is the fastest, most efficient service I’ve ever had anywhere. Line of 5 cars served in less than 5 minutes. My order was ready less than a minute from pulling up to the window. And their staff is consistently polite and gets the order right. I go out of my way to go to this location before any other.
