Never got my order cause they said they ran out of the items to make my order which if they did the store should not be open since it was ice cream and the frosting for the cakes just seem like the workers didn’t want to do there jobs. When we asked for the refund he told us the manger could only do it and he will be in tomorrow to do it, still have not received my refund even though the worker said it will take 2 to 3 business days I visited 2-15-26. When I call the phone doesn’t even go through very ghetto and unorganized.

Dairy Queen used to be my favorite place to eat in Antioch. It’s affordable, the food is fresh and the quality is good.
Unfortunately, I cannot say this anymore about this location which has stopped me from frequently visiting. The last time I went, my chicken strips were re-drop, how do I know this? The strips were so hard that meat inside had dried out and the outside was so hard and tough I had to pull. When I told the young man that’s still working there now that my chicken strips were Re-dropped he immediately got defensive and insisted on giving me A refund instead of remaking my food which Was the worst customer service I’ve ever experience.
Today I went, hoping that it would be a different experience and it was very similar my french fries were hot and freshly made but my chicken strips on the other hand were not even warm. My soft serve sunder was frozen hard. The only thing I could think of, why it would be like that is because they prepped the sundae and put them in the freezer to do less work and add your topping When you order which is very disappointing, cause it defeats the purpose of it being It was completely frozen.
I usually don’t take the time out to do reviews but did because who ever’s in charge needs to know!! This cutting conners really needs to be addressed. They are running your business down to the ground!!!

I got the chicken strip basket. The toast was burnt on one side and not toasted on the other. Takes a bit of time to get food. I ordered through the app hoping that the order would be ready by the time I arrived but the app alerts you that since you are close by they will start your order. I don’t want it to do that. I want it to work like McDonald’s app that I can time it so it is ready when I arrive. No matter what I order it takes 20 minutes for my food to be ready. Even a blizzard took 20 mins. That’s wild amount of time. DQ in Texas has a drive through and steak finger baskets. And dine in. No drive thru, no dine in, and no steak finger baskets.

We only ordered ocean but eve one was happy, we sample a cookie dough blizzard (dough was a little stale tasting), vanilla cones with sprinkles and banana milkshake. We’d come back, and know why to expect. Zero shade at outside tables.

I stumbled upon this place by accident, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve always loved Dairy Queen, especially their Blizzards. The French fries were freshly cooked, which was nice. A great little stop!

We only come here for the Blizzards, which I have a soft spot for. I am happy to see the changes that have been made recently. The biggest, simply having a proper cash register. Gone are the days of scribbling your order onto a spiral notebook before they could start making it. Do you think they kept all of the old notebooks?

I was appalled at the hot dog I received tonight at approx. 8:20 pm. Both ends were burnt to a crisp!! Unfortunately, I expected this dq to have terrible customer service and employees that do not care one bit about the quality of the food they serve due to the location of the restaurant. It breaks my heart and is very unfortunate this location has given Dairy Queen a bad name. SMH
