They pulled a bait and switch on me. I made an order that they were apparently out of so they showed up to my door with something completely different and tried to tell me it was a good deal. Had the driver call his boss who proceeded to hang up on him mid conversation. As of now my money has not been refunded. I would avoid this location at all cost.

I live in Fullerton, but I wanted to encourage a friend for Valentine’s Day who lived in Laguna Hills. So I placed the order at the local store and asked if they could shape the pizza into a heart. The nice lady on the phone said they had never done it before, but they’ll try. Here’s what my friend got! I was so surprised and seeing the pic of the pizza, it totally made my day! Thanks guys!

I don’t know why this is the only Domino’s that delivers to our address. We live in Foothill Ranch but we’re only able to order delivery from this store. But the delivery driver has gotten our delivery address wrong twice. In both cases they called, asked if they had the right address in Irvine, were informed that we live in Lake Forest, and then the app says that it was delivered but there is no pizza. Where did they take our pizza? What a mystery. We call, they also don’t know?

Little but of a protest review – This particular store just seems so badly run. I have never received a hot pizza from them yet… I don’t care if it takes an hour, or 1.5 hours to deliver.
