After a long day of entertaining my toddlers, we decided to order a pizza on Saturday night. I ordered on the app, loaded up the kiddo and went to pick up the pizza from the drive through. Although the website said my order was complete and ready for pick up,the store couldn’t find my order and said there was a problem with the server. No big deal, the workers asked me to come back in 15 minutes and it would be ready. I left and drove around and came back and waited in line 20 more minutes. After someone finally came to the window, they again couldn’t find my pizza or ticket, but don’t come back to the window to tell me so I waited another 15 minutes until someone came back to let me know that they couldn’t find the pizza. As I had a screaming hungry toddler in the car, I asked for a refund. The guy at the window told me he had to get manager approval but I could place another order that would be ready in an hour and a half or he could cancel my order and make sure to “make it right’ when they were less busy. I left details of my order number, name,phone number, etc. I then proceeded to take my kid elsewhere for food, money spent and well over an hour wasted.

We ordered a pizza from here and it was completely not edible. The dough wasn’t even cooked. When we called to get a refund, they told us we had to drive the pizza back to them so they could inspect it themselves. The only reason we drove there in the first place was because they called us and said they didn’t have enough staff to deliver the pizza. The employee on the phone was very rude, we wont be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here a handful of times I’ve decided to keeping giving them a chance due to being close to home but everytime the pizzas were poorly made, hardly any cheese or toppings burnt crust. This time I ordered Two pizzas I get there she tells me they had to remake one pizza it was going to be a wait said “our dough isn’t good today the pizza was very bubbly “ as if they aren’t the ones that make it lol i get home and the other one looks like this. Message for the managers: The girl with the red hair at the front who was helping me tried to steal money from me. my order was $25 even, i wanted a extra icing for my cinnamon twist, the lady said it was a dollar extra, i gave her a $5 bill on top of the $25, that makes $30, then my boyfriend decided he didn’t want the extra icing, so the lady took away the second icing and DID NOT GIVE me MY change back, and told me to have a nice day. i then asked her for my change and she goes on to say that i only gave her $25, we told the manager to look at the cameras AND THEN the Red hair girl admitted she “may have made a mistake”. this girl is a thief, and not only that but dominos messed up my order so i had to go back to get the right pizza. sorry for leaving a bad review but that was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced

I’m giving this facility a 5 star because after speaking with the manager that has recently taken over the store, I felt immense empathy. Having to train multiple people at one time is a complete headache in itself, let alone trying get every order correct. My order ended up incorrect along with the driver picking up the incorrect order to begin with and having to go back to the store and pick up the correct one. The manager made it right with us and for that I thank him. Why I’m on here is because the 2nd delivery driver, a female, stood at my doorway after handing my sister our free pizza from their mistake and demanded a tip. She demanded a tip in stating that we got a free pizza. Because of this I won’t be ordering from Domino’s anymore. This isn’t the managers fault, he was great, kind, very respectful and professional. These young kids need to be told that they can’t stand in someone’s doorway and ask for a tip, for any reason. This “mandatory” tipping has gotten out of control and respect needs to be taught when integrating into the work force.

I’ve been here several times in the past with minimal issues, usually let things slide since it was a new store. Most recent time was different. I ordered online and received the email confirmation. Went to pick it up and they said they were working on it. Waited an extra 30 minutes, and eventually someone told us they never received the order. They encouraged us to order again, and pay again, which of course I didn’t do. I notified my credit card company about this, and sure enough the payment actually posted a few days later. No food, yet they still took my money. Avoid this location.

Ordered pizza from here. Used the mobile app. All of a sudden my app said my order was on hold for the future. I called and asked what had happened and they told me they had pushed my order back and set it for a later time because they were busy. They didn’t bother to call and ask. They just did it. They were extremely rude about it. The only nice person at this dominos with any common sense is Evelyn. I’ve never had a problem with her and she always makes my experience a little better. Overall this dominos is not good at all!

The whole pizza was burnt, but the crust was so bad you couldn’t even eat it! Won’t be ordering from this location again! Good thing I ordered other items with it that were eatable!
