Tried using the app, but it was acting funny so I called my order in. The person I spoke to was attentive and friendly. Pizzas came in hot and fresh and my order was correct. Great experience and great pizza. Will be ordering again!

Needed a quick dinner, I was able to order through the app and drive through for pick up. When I pulled to the window someone was there with a smile and my food!
Out pizzas were prepare well, and the drinks cold. I even sampled a Parmesan twist on the drive home it was warm and soft.
I know it’s hard to find and keep staff, and in general just a rough time to be in food service. I want to make sure we show appreciation when we have good experiences.

My husband and I stopped in to grab some pizza and tater tots for dinner. The ladies that we dealt with were very sweet and super helpful with information about their gluten-free options for the fact I have an allergy. While we were sitting there waiting for our food, the manager, I’m assuming the GM came in getting onto her employee about not doing the sodas properly. She went on and on about how certain people need to do better jobs and this that and the other not only do I think this is inappropriate to do in front of customers, but it’s also inappropriate to do in front of other staff. Situations like this should be handled in one-on-one situations, not publicly displayed. Was very disappointed in this manager, talking to her staff that way publicly seemed extremely in unprofessional, and I felt so bad for the girls there. With over 10 years of management experience, I understand that certain things need to be addressed, but I think there’s a time in a place and I also think there’s a way to speak to your employees.

Saw several reviews saying that their pizzas came with next to nothing tomato sauce. Well, as we’ve discoverd, these reviews aren’t wrong. Ordered 2 pizzas from this location using the standard order of regular amounts tomato sauce. Both pizzas basically tasted like breading plus the toppings. Once in a blue moon I would get some amount of tomato sauce. Pretty much ruined both pizzas for us. The service was great and the location was nice and clean. I don’t know if this location’s strategy is to save money by cutting on back tomato sauce, but you’d think after several gripes about it they’d consider it might be something to look into. Next time we’ll just drive the extra five minutes to the other location on 29 to see if it’s better.

We LOVE this Dominos. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We are always welcomed warmly. My kids love going into the store to pick up our order!! They even have a cute step stool for the kids to stand on and a little bar area see the pizzas being made!

How did this even get boxed and delivered?
Sauce is nonexistent because the pizza is so burnt dry rock hard and cold. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
I only order from here because it’s the only place that delivers to my area being as were further in liberty Hill. It’s so frustrating that every single time I have to call and get something replaced why couldn’t they just make it right the first time? It’s inconvenient to the driver and inconvenient to my family that we have to wait longer than necessary just for a replacement.
