No complaints about the food but the delivery driver ROY has a tip entitlement issue. The first time I was unable to tip I got the dirtiest look/attitude from ROY as he walked away shaking his head and mumbling under his breath. Not everyone can leave tips but when I can I hand them cash but ROY will NEVER receive a tip from me. The other driver Clayton is as sweet as can be and never has an attitude that’s why I go out of my way to make sure he has a tip even if it’s only $5.

Look, I’m pregnant and I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, medium Italian sausage pizza with a ranch dipping sauce, and some cinnamon twists with an icing dip. Tell me why I received 2 ranch dipping sauces and a small pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. When I called the store it just said they’re having technical difficulties and ended the call. And so I filled something out online but at the end it gave me an option for one free pizza or 25% off of something. But I ordered 2 pizzas with a ranch dip and cinnamon twists with their dip and that’s what I want.

It’s a sad Sunday! My pizza from here usually is on point nice and full of sauce and pepperoni.. today it was dry not even cut through , didn’t even have the nice buttery crust… I’ve notice when Edgar makes it it’s on point… I don’t who made it today but it was not up to expectations . update*************** this pace is no good!! I waited 5 minutes at the window with no response, so I backed up and ran over the bell again. After another minute someone came to the window. He just stuck his head out and turned his ear towards me . This location has always been good but tonite was an off nite. Even the pizza was off. Cold and rubbery. I’m not writing them off yet. I’m just hoping it was a bad day all around . I’ll update on my next order.

Used to order nothing but Pizza Hut. Every single time, they left off my extra sauce, and delivered cold pizza an hour later. Got fed up and decided to try Domino’s over a year ago. What a great change! The pizza quality is much better! I’ve ALWAYS gotten HOT pizza, and quick delivery. The drivers are always friendly. I’ll never order from any place else.

I’d love to give details on the taste of the pizza I waited 2 hours to get even after I called but just forget about that. Horrible service. Do not tip before hand and personally I’d just say forget it. The call center is set up to not see orders, so no help. Then the actual person on the phone lied about when the delivery left. I’m staying less than 2 miles away. The CALL center is garbage.
