Omg this is the 3ed time my family has had an awful experience at our local store here in Bella Vista . THIS particular time the “lady at the front counter had an awful attitude ! I’m not going to post the conversation but she was so rude we will not come back Pizza Hut is across the street and they will get our money from here on. It’s a little more expensive but the increase in price is worth it !

I’ve ordered here regularly for 3 years. The quality goes up and down drastically. They should only allow the MGR to work the oven to maintain quality checks. A LOT of bubbles lately; I had to ask for a remake last wknd… that pizza shouldn’t have been sent out. Sometimes toppings are sufficient, other times skimpy. No control on quality. I’m trying another shop next time, unfortunately. I keep giving chances, but I don’t want frustration, just great pizza. The girl at the counter is always great though.

Been ordering from here for three years. No matter what time of day, what the order is for, pick up or delivery, the order has never once been correct. Ever. Just ordered a speciality pizza, toppings I asked not to be included were included plus a mystery topping that was not requested or comes with the pizza. Drove all the way back, had the team remake it, got the new one, and it was incorrect again. I worked in fast food for 5 years, if you don’t know what comes on an item on the menu it’s not hard to find out.

Little upsetting when you specifically request a driver but they send someone else who isn’t nearly as friendly nor responsive. Make sure you request a young gentleman named Caleb he is the nicest driver there by far. Good supreme (extravaganza) hand-tossed pizza, average bone-in buffalo wings, and good cheesy bread. $32. Would have gotten 5 stars but crust was slightly over done, but not burnt so it was still good. We were satisfied with the product and it only takes 10-15 minutes carry-out.

The pizza is good compared to other delivery / take-out pizza joints but the most impressive thing is how genuinely friendly the delivery people are. We usually see our order in less than 30 minutes and it’s always arrived hot. On the down side, they couldn’t leave well enough alone the once good sandwiches, now mediocre, and the wings are small and soggy.
