If only one time I didn’t get everything I ordered I would let it go. But, every single time??? I really love McDonald’s breakfast but am tired of getting home and not having enough food for my family especially when I paid $30 for 3 meals. Come on. Get your act together. The children on the front line need a mature adult to keep them in line. The floors, and tables all dirty. All of the trash cans were overflowing. No ketchup cups and I couldn’t ask because the front line disappeared after calling out my order.

Beware! After I received my drive thru order, I checked it to make sure it was correct, everything was wrong, and as I told the manager I didn’t receive sauce for the nuggets, she said are you sure insinuating she put them in the happy meal box, worst costumer service the trouble of having to keep going back in, not worth it at all then for the manager to basically say your a lair, when my whole order was screwed up. I ordered a Deluxe Qtr w/cheese – mustard – ketchup – pickle and no salt on my frys they had to make frys 3 times because they keep put salt on them and my Deluxe QTR had no tomatoes. They put out 8 orders that were ordered after I ordered before I got my order.

This place is a joke when it comes to using the drive through they don’t take the next person order until the car in front of yu gets there stuff then they will park you for a drink and sandwich literally most unorganized establishment I’ve been too . Don’t get me started on the dining area ♂️ I dread having to come here it can be busy or no one in line you can plan on getting parked even with no one behind you and then taking there time to bring you out your stuff . Zero stars if I could. I’m not really sure why they can’t get an order right but mine is never right. What is so hard to decipher between deluxe and regular. I’m from a Different State and I do enjoy McDonald’s meals But from this place it really upset me that customer service was terrible. I had place my order but my order was not complete so I went to the counter to request the rest of the meal and three of the employees were just staring at me and NONE OF THE THREE SAID ANYTHING… LIKE I WILL BE THERE IN A MINUTE.. NOTHING.. SO really feel I needed to leave the place, My husband came to me and said did you tell them we are missing food and I told him Nooo they just looked at and ignored me. He went to the counter and said excuse me and the lady just told him I’m busy now hold on … as soon I hear that we left the place, WE DID NOT WANT TO STAY ANY LONGER… WE LEFT THE PLEASE SO DISAPPOINTED.
