Definitely was NOT very happy about my Domino’s delivery tonight.. I myself ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and an order of their “NEW” Loaded Tater Tots…Well I’m just gonna throw my photos of my food right out there for everyone to view…my Tater Tots were Burnt to say the least..Definitely was NOT very appeasing to my sight when I opened them up.. I was expecting way more and better quality than this disaster.. Then there was my sandwich.. a very very Small..and when I say Small I mean S.M.A.L.L. portion of meat with a lot of vegetables and cheese as if they were trying to compensate for the lack of meat… Haven’t eaten at Domino’s in years because of past issues.. I guess they still have not upped their game and appease to the customers..I guess these so called fast food restaurants are gonna go down with our lazy children.. there is NO real value for any fast food restaurant these days because they all want to cut corners…Hey Dominos.. you want to really gain customers …Better your product (cooking and appease) and better your toppings…So sad I have to leave yet another fast food restaurant with a low rating and poor review

This is the second time in a matter of few weeks that my order has been incorrect or was near cold. The last visit I ordered online. when I got to the pickup window The staff was not unfriendly but not particular friendly either. I sat there for 2 to 3 minutes and he came back to tell me that they would have to remake the sandwich because they forgot to put something on it. So that means that the pizza I ordered sat under a light for 10 to 15 minutes while they remade the sandwich. A lady opened the window handed me the sandwich and said sorry it took so long. I do not plan to go back

Waste of money and time. They don’t ever answer the phones. The tall dark haired Caucasian male always has a very bad attitude, very rude. If you are gonna close early maybe you should turn off online ordering, alone with putting a sign up! 12/31/22 we placed an order online and got a phone call within 2 minutes saying they close at 9:30 and would not be making any orders. Keep in mind this was at 9:00PM. This establishment here has gone downhill very badly just like the rest of the food chains in Monroe/West Monroe! Save your time and money people! It won’t get better!

My one star rating has absolutely nothing to do with the actual dominos on rowland drive at all. They do a great job and the staff is super friendly food is hot tasty and made wonderfully, deliveries are on time and even sometimes faster than expected. My low rating is only for the actual dominos website itself. It has some issues to say the least. It’s a struggle placing an order in a timely accurate manner each and Everytime I use it. Itsslow, freezes up and closes out has problems applying my rewards and so forth and so on. It’s a headache dealing with and shouldn’t be such as it’s intended for convenience purposes. I would just order over the phone or in person instead but then I couldn’t use certain coupons or get the deals that are online only deals (obviously) I get so aggravated using dominos website to place my order and wonder why in the world that after this long of having it up and running it is still as horribly slow and glitchy as it is. I find it hard to believe I’m thefirsror only to mention these issues. I order dominos often but after tonight’s ordering experience it’s starting to seem as if it’s just really not worth the hassle anymore. This isn’t a one time incedent it’s every single time. I hate to complain honestly but it needed to be addressed for sure. Hoping it gets fixed or updated to where it’s a smoothe sailing ordering process and alot more convenient than it has been so far. Again, the dominos and staff on rowland drive are not the issueanddo a great job. The website is entirely where my issues w dominos as a business lies. If it’s issues get fixed I will change my rating to 5 stars and continue being a loyal customer as I have been this far.

They food is always delicious. I always place my order on the app and it notifies when it’s ready to be picked up. I have never had any problems ordering my food nor have a had any issues with my order being wrong. This location is a gem.

Place an order at 3:35pm and left the store at 3:50 driver came at 4:30pm to the door and did not leave on the chair as I requested. And then had an attitude. I called the store to check the status per their email it would be 22-32 min and was advised well he is a new driver. So I guess since the driver is new the food is ok to be cold. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
