First time my wife & I dined here & it was fantastic! The food, Kyle our server, the ambiance and the vibe is awesome!

The Flank Steak w- roasted veggies & the Pear Gorgonzola Sacchertti were great entrees. Make sure you try the empanadas!

We’ll be back!

The best Spanish ethnic food I may have ever had. Argentinian based chef, prepared, high-quality food and very personable people. Out here at the RSM classic PGA Tour golf tournament and they select the best restaurants on the island to participate as vendors. Thankful that I made some new friends and have a priority restaurant to frequent every time. I’m down here.

Absolutely spectacular in every way. Anything you order is profoundly good

Great wines options. Loved the chicken marsala. Prob best I’ve had in a very long time. I had mine with mashed potatoes & those were amazing. You can taste the lovely seasonings used in the marsala sauce. Food is top notch.
Service is good. Came before dinner rush hour on a weekday and plenty of open seats. Reservations recommended tho if you plan to come during busy time as it is a small ish restaurant.
Prices are so reasonable for the quality you get.
The parking next to the restaurant sucks. But it’s because the parking spaces are small & a lot of big bulky cars that come thru here.
There is plenty of parking up ahead where you can pull in & more spacious.

Stopped by for lunch today with friends. Our server, Quinn was incredible and very attentive to all of our needs. We ordered the mixed salad with chicken, Grilled Cheese w/ Ceasar and the Cuban Sandwhich with fries. We loved all of our meals and the food was delicious and perfect lunch portions. Give this little slice of heaven a try. Very pretty atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the best finds on the island! As soon as you enter the small restaurant, you’re greeted with the smell of the wood fire that the steaks and chops are cooked over. It’s so welcoming! Service was top notch. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and the bar, friendly, and prompt. She seemed to always know the perfect time to check in and when to just let us enjoy the evening. We started with cocktails – a mule and an old fashioned. Both were great. Had a ground beef empanada appetizer. The flavors were delicious! Wonderful blend of meat and spices. Our salads were tossed tableside and were quite good. The entrees were perfection. The braised short rib risotto had the most amazing flavors. The meat was tender and the risotto had just the perfect Parmesan flavor. I absolutely love the unique spices that Del Sur uses. There are no bland foods here! The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the wood fire adds so much flavor. The addition of the flavored salt and the chimchuri sauce (on the side to add to your taste) was fabulous. Make sure you leave some room for dessert! We have the coffee crème brûlée and it was well worth the calories!! The restaurant is small so be sure to make a reservation.

Last week my friends and I went to Del sur in Brunswick, a restaurant a friend had recommended because it serves Latin-inspired food. Since I’m from Latin America, I was really excited to try it and see if it reminded me of home. The place had a cozy and colorful atmosphere, with warm lights and music that gave it an authentic Latin vibe. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. We started with some empanadas that tasted just like the ones I used to eat back home crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. For my main dish, I ordered a chimichurri steak with fries, and it was amazing. The steak was juicy, and the sauce had that traditional flavor I really missed. My friends all loved their meals too, especially the rice bowls and tacos. To finish, we shared a tres leches cake that was soft, sweet, and full of flavor. Eating at Del sur brought back a lot of memories from my country, and I really appreciated that taste of home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely go back again whenever I want to enjoy real Latin flavors in Brunswick.

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! Perfectly cooked steak and a braised bone-in short rib, and an orange creme brulee to finish. Perfect! They even sent a birthday candle home with the dessert since the server knew it was for a birthday. Will go again, probably tomorrow night!

If you’re looking for a dining experience that feels both elevated and comforting, Del Sur Artisan Eats is a standout destination on St. Simons Island. From the moment you arrive in the lively Redfern Village neighborhood, you’ll sense this is no ordinary meal — it’s a celebration of bold flavors and thoughtful hospitality.
The restaurant masterfully blends rustic Argentinian and Italian influences into a menu that’s creative yet approachable. Guests regularly rave about the house-made empanadas, with perfectly seasoned fillings and crisp pastry that makes them an irresistible starter. Other favorites include the braised short ribs over creamy polenta or prosecco risotto, the savory Argentinian sausage, and beautifully cooked steaks — especially the skirt steak with chimichurri that many say keeps diners coming back.
The warm, inviting atmosphere — with options for both cozy indoor seating and a breezy outdoor patio — makes it ideal for anything from a casual lunch with friends to a romantic date night. Diners consistently highlight the attentive, friendly service and thoughtful wine pairings that elevate the meal even further.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply in search of memorable food in a relaxed setting, Del Sur delivers with generous portions, artfully plated dishes, and a welcoming vibe that feels like a blend of seaside charm and big-city cuisine. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak dinner hours, as this gem tends to fill up quickly.
