I did a delivery order and I also ordered two pizzas my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and my salad came like this. I called and told them what was wrong and they gave me a customer service number that didn’t pick up. I then proceeded to call back and ask them can I just show them how my order came and possibly just make it over and give me a fresh salad. They told me there was nothing they could do. I didn’t even want a refund but I couldn’t get either. 1/5 stars is all they get from me.

First time ordering from here. Didn’t get the extra cheese I asked and paid for! As you can see by photo, what cheese is on it is already hardening because it has cooled down. Tracking showed the pizza out of oven at 6:05pm, I got it at 6:41pm. I live under 3 miles from the business and my pizza was barely warm.

I’ve tried to order twice from the Towne drive location recently. Both times I place an order and it cannot be filled based on staffing. That’s fine. I get staffing is in an issue. Then don’t take my order and 5-10 minutes later tell me you can’t fulfill it. Don’t take the order at all. I won’t be ordering dominos anytime soon. Just close if you can’t be staffed.

This the second time this same dominos was horrible. 2 of my 4 pizza I asked for Extra sauce and cheese one look like no sauce at all and the other idk what was going on. One regular pizza look like they took cheese from the other to make it. They use to be so good. Tho dominos in Fulton always gets it right but who was to drive that far. We have pizza left over still, only one was good. Town drive I will NEVER order cardboard again

Used to be a great location before new female manager started, you’ll now wait hour and half for an order, every employee is either completely lost, super rude, or hides in the back. manager was extremely rude and hateful. i was originally told 20 min for order, 45 minutes later they tell me it’s still gonna be another 20 minutes. she offered no refund, coupon, or even basic apology. won’t be returning until they figure how to hire someone capable. corporate has now been notified at least.

Very sporadic lately. Sometimes hot and fresh and order is perfect, but many times the order is wrong, pizzas have garlic crust which we CANNOT have so they go to waste as well as our money, and sometimes the entire pizza is wrong. But when they do get it right, it is very good and hot n fresh.
