Went on Monday night. Ordered a drink, lobster bisque, chopped salad and a roll. I love the flavor of the foods and drink. They’re delicious. A little pricey but it’s in Highland Village so it’s normal.

Lounge 31 is one of my favorite places to go! Anytime I have friends in town this is our first stop of the night. The entire team make you feel right at home. Sarah and Arturo greet you with a smile at the door! Jeremy the sushi chef always recommends greats rolls for us to try! Atmosphere and service are unmatched!

I love this place! Our favorite server’s name is Jasmine, she is super sweet and very attentive. The atmosphere is so much fun and it’s a really great place to meet/mingle with others. It’s one of those places that you actually want to be at for multiple hours! Also, the ceviche tacos are soo good!

Very disappointed with the new management. I’m not sure if he was the manager or not, but he was a man with short hair and glasses. He appeared to be intoxicated and had a very bad attitude. He was extremely disrespectful and even tried to start a fight for absolutely no reason.
He never explained why he was acting that way, but his behavior toward people of color was especially concerning. The previous management team was always kind, professional, and welcoming.
I don’t understand how someone like this is allowed to work here, especially in a leadership position. Allowing management to be drunk at work is completely unprofessional.
I truly hope the owner sees this review and takes appropriate action.

I promiseee that Promise was the best bartender ive had in a while! Gave me a good choice on a drink! The Mexican Marilyn was top tier!!! If Promise is there definitely stop by for a drink and enjoy time with loved ones!

Lounge 31 has a lot of potential, but my recent experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. The drinks were undeniably good, and the atmosphere has a lot of energy, but the organization was lacking. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get in, and during that time, it felt like everyone was just trying to sneak past the line. The crowd was overwhelming, making it difficult to fully enjoy the space.
If you’re looking for a lively spot with great cocktails, Lounge 31 delivers. However, be prepared for long waits and a crowded environment. A little more organization would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Tactical Protection
Lounge 31 is a great spot — definitely worth the hype. The line can take a while, but that’s expected for such an intimate place with plenty of big-money regulars. The door guy does a great job keeping things moving and making friendly banter while you wait — his job isn’t easy, but he handles it well.
Once inside, it can be tough to snag a table on a Saturday night, but we had a great time at the bar. JR made one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. The drinks are fairly priced, especially for Highland Park.
On our way out, we chatted with one of the managers, Arturo, who was super personable and knowledgeable about the Dallas nightlife scene. He recommended Regines as our next stop — and it was the perfect way to end the night. We’ll definitely be back!

Love coming here, such a great vibe. Faith was our server and she was so kind and attentive. We got chicken potstickers and sushi rolls for the appetizers. We got complimentary truffle fries which was unexpected and a table favorite! The shrimp tempura with imitation crab was absolutely amazing. For entree we got the Bistro burgers, branzino & roasted chicken. Everyone loved their dish.

Loved the vibe of this place! My girlfriends and I recently decided to have a night out here and were impressed by the overall atmosphere. Moderately priced drinks and a great place to socialize without it being too rowdy. We were skeptical based on the reviews but the staff had exceptional customer service and were so helpful considering it was our first time here.
The line was rowdy when we got there but the security staff handled it so well and with ease. Since it’s a smaller upscale bar they do tend to have longer wait times so that is something to take into account when you go here.

Very nice people working here, but compare to what you get, price is not reasonable. Literally 5 small piece of sushi roll (like tiny as quarter size) is like ~$20 and taste is just fine average. Super crowded and loud; Interior is not that even cute. what is so hype about this place? I much prefer bistro 31 downstairs tho. Tho their mocktail with mexican candy bar thingie (dont know the name cuz I ordered “sweetest mocktail”) was amazing like my favorite ever in my life lol
