Food was delicious. I wish they would put more meat, rather than tons of veggies. But it was still great! Our waitress was super sweet. Service was quick, we didnt wait very long at all. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Really enjoyed this place. They don’t serve coffee on the menu. However, they were more than happy to make us some, which was greatly appreciated. The food was excellent and tasted authentic. The portions where also nice for the price. Again staff was most courteous and nice with helpful recommendations. Place had a good environment and seemed rather clean. Will be going back on our way back through.

We found this little oasis on a fast food strip in the Tin City part of Wallace, NC. If you find yourself traveling along Interstate 40 and must stop for lunch or dinner, drive pass all the fast food places, that nasty country buffet, and stop at this awesome little hole in the wall next to Food Lion.
I got up early in the morning that day, and I had been on the road for hours. I needed a cup of coffee with my lunch, but I stopped at a restaurant across the street from this one, and they didn’t have coffee, so I left and found this Mexican restaurant. Before I even sat down, I asked if they had coffee, and the waiter said, “No, but we will make you some.” That’s customer service!
The young man who served us was very polite, friendly, and very attentive. We ordered the fajita quesadilla and the cheese steak burrito. The quesadilla was delicious. You could tell that they had grilled the meat on the plancha, and the blackening of the meat and veggies was delicious. The burrito was very good as well. Now, that cup of coffee! Man, it warmed my heart and woke me up.

For such a small place, the wait staff were slow. Steak torta needs a lot of improvement. The sandwich fell apart because the bread was not toasted and had a little re heated steak on it. It came with the 10 fries. Margaritas were like kool aide.

Solid place for lunch. Their lunch specials are a good price for generous portions. I enjoy the Chile relleno with taco or tamale. Service is typically good. Good atmosphere. The rice and beans are excellent every time as well as the chile relleno. My tamale this time was likely under a heat lamp for too long which made it overdone. I also could use more spice in the dishes and their salsa tastes a little too much like marinara sauce, when I would like it to be more like Pico de Gallo.
