Have ordered fro Dominos in Watertown 3 times in the last month. First 2 times forgot garlic butters. Called and complained and they gave me a $20 credit. Ordered 3 time(today) at 1100. Said 45 minutes to an hour. Has been hour and 45 min. Got delivered and was cold. Very disappointed and probably won’t order anymore. Not impressed.

Orders a pizza at 5:45 pm, app said it would be delivered at 6:45 pm which is understandable; I’ve worked customer service, I know how it can get. 7 o’clock rolls around and I try calling the store to see what the issue is. It took them 5 minutes to answer the phone and they told me it wasn’t even in the oven yet. I have them change it to carry and I go and see how the store is being operated. The delivery driver is only taking one order at a time, the cook is just plopping ingredients onto the pizzas, and the shift leader is just taking his sweet time to with everything he does. It is currently 7:45 pm and my food still isn’t in the oven. Amazes me that this store is still open. Guess they can’t out pizza the hut.

Not impressed with your call center! It took two calls to try placing an order that you had a coupon for . We were told that we had to make this order on line which we attempted only to be told there was a “technical difficulty”. On the second call, we were connected with the store in town only to be told that coupon didn’t exist. I did try the order one more time and it finally did go through! We were ordering this as we came into town, Ended up canceling the order, going home as we were on our way down to the store, tried re-ordering it once we got home! So now I have another trip out to go pick up pizza as the coupon went through the second time it’s kind of a waste of my time as well as yours!

The Watertown store and people are great, but they went to a call center system to place delivery orders. It took ten minutes of answering questions, tried to sell me everything off the menu, when all I wanted was two pizzas. It was much better when you were able to talk directly to the store.
