Last few times we’ve ordered pizza for delivery it has taken about 2 hours to recieve. It’s an hour and 20 minutes and our pizza finally made it in the oven. We’ve never had an issue with the food, it’s the service. Not sure if they can’t get help or what but at least answer the phone. Most likely won’t order from here again for a long time, maybe try again in a year or when the reviews start looking better again. It would be better if they can give a better deal than 50% off order that they usually have going for promotional anyways, maybe a free pizza or something. Come on guys, seriously service sucks but yes Jeff the delivery guy is freaking great, at least you got one good one.

Took 40 minutes for a pizza to deliver, gave the driver a good tip because it was -30 windchill outside. Instead of bringing the pizza to my apartment door they left it outside in the cold, didn’t receive a phone call or anything about how to get into the apartment, even though I left instructions how too. When I was wondering why the pizza wasn’t at my door but it said delivered I was confused, until I went outside the apartment and saw it sitting outside. Everything was cold when I got it in my apartment, basically was sitting in a freezer for half an hour.

ordered pizza and got emailed some time after that it was done roughly 20 minutes after i ordered, i got there and asked for my food and they said it would be another couple minutes, and then they found out they were waiting for my pizza they hadn’t even put in the oven. so it took them over half an hour to make a pizza that tasted like shit

Ordered three pizzas every single one of them was made incorrectly. The Philly had the right toppings, but the wrong sauce and cheese ordered an extra extravaganza. It was some monstrosity with which had the Philly cheese, steak and onions, but also some weird salty sausage and jalapeños, and the pepperoni was supposed to be the ultimate pepperoni and it had maybe a handful of pepperonis and it was only cut in half not even cut all the way super disappointed because it was over an hour drive to get it home and we didn’t notice until we got home!!

I don’t understand why delivery takes over an a hour and a half to be delivered. The delivery driver took forever to deliver my order. Than ended up calling me because they did not know where they were going. I could of picked up my order instead if it was going to take that long but knowing that I ran into this issue with dominos I will absolutely not be ordering from here ever again. I’m not saying this to be a ” KAREN ” I’m saying this because it’s the truth. Just a suggestion, some people don’t like waiting so long for their food. On top of that I had ordered the stuffed crust pizza and I got charged for extra cheese and it turns out my pizza didn’t even have extra cheese in it! This is the 2nd time I ran into this issue everytime I ask for extra toppings of anything from dominos they are so greedy and cheap and don’t add nothing on it when I paid extra for it. I’m sure other customers can agree too. Please work on quality and reading customers order when preparing the food!

We visited this Dominos on 6/15/25 and waited 10 minutes after we checked in for car side pickup (which is not a big deal). After 10 minutes, we went inside because we thought it would be easier on the Dominos staff for us to come inside to get the pizza. When we got up to the counter, the lady was extremely rude telling us that we needed to check in on the app (WHICH WE DID check in the app OVER 10 MINUTES AGO). Her inaccurate assumptions that she made along with her tone to customers is absolutely not necessary. If we wouldn’t have already prepaid for the pizza, we would have left empty handed.
