This location doesn’t accept any of the coupons that Subway sends you in the mail. All the other locations in the area do. You can get the same sandwich for half the price. The prices in general are higher at this location than any of the other locations.

Super clean but the girl that helped me was rude and bratty. I believe her name was Brittany or something close to that. I saw her “trying” to help out a new employee but to me it just sounded like she was nit picking at everything the new employee was doing. She had green and black hair. 10/10 would NOT recommend HER making my sandwich mainly because of her customer service and attitude towards other employees. I also didn’t mind paying extra for every extra thing I asked for AND I even said so myself because I like my sandwich with a lot of veggies but whenever I said extra, she would literally only add 2-3 pieces of veggies and that’s it.

I usually depend on this location when I order through Uber or door dash. They usually get it just right. However. I hate to say it. This time. Not good. At all. Orders were completely wrong and it was like they didn’t even view the order just the sandwich names and went with that. Lettuce and onions on one that didn’t not request it. And on the other? Tomatoes and spinach and everything I literally did not add or want. On the sandwich. I picked it off and it was whatever. But. Come on?? The order sheet is literally stapled onto the bag I know y’all saw what I wanted and did not want on my sandwich. $50 spent for thank. Thanks.

Always pleased with the Customer Service, Staff and My order accuracy. I order from here 4-5 times per week, my go to spot for lunch.. especially when this location has been one of the rare stores that Accepts Subway coupons. Unfortunately, as of this week this location isn’t. There’s another Subway 5 minutes from this Pearl Street location that is accepting the coupons.. and now I’m forced to change from my favorite location. Sad

HORRIBLE SERVICE the new girls they hired especially the one with green on the back of her hair and an older lady were playing a GAME! while making my sandwiches they were timing each other and didn’t put any effort into my sandwiches and were just throwing the veggies on barely got anything on there. They also always greet customers with a smug irritated look on there face. AWFUL SERVICE THEY NEED TO HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES

Love this location! This location was super clean and the staff were super friendly (2 very respectable young men) and made our sandwiches perfectly! All the ingredients, bread, meats and veggies were all very fresh! Everything was neatly organized too. We will definitely make the drive to this location. We live about 7 miles from this location but I will definitely make the drive to get our sandwiches from here.

They only get one star for the very nice people working there. Hadn’t eaten all day. The sandwich artist helped me select the new garlic roasted chicken sandwich. 8 hours later throwing up all night. Ahh. So exhausting.
