Super disappointed! This is not what I ordered. I called and let them know 1 of the pizzas on the order was wrong and they said they would remake it and send it right out. Over 30 minutes later I called again and asked they said it was in the oven and hung up on me. I grabbed the wrong pizza and went there. My pie was not even started yet! They were incredibly rude and refused to refund me. I worked for dominos for 28 years in 4 states. Never have I ever seen a store so filthy. Crew members in jeans, long hair on the make line without being tucked up in a hat. The place was filthy and a hot mess. Definitely no Dominos pride in this store! So disappointed and sad to see this! Paid over $70 for my order and couldn’t even get decent customer service. Remember they are the ones that screwed up. Never even got an apology and just to get them to remake my pizza I had to go there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t understand how dominos staff could even serve this pizza. You could clearly see that the pizza had a lot of air pockets, so imagine how the inside looked like. Super disappointed.

What really stood out, though, was how well this particular store handled customer service. The staff was courteous, and you could tell they took pride in their work. It was a refreshing experience and really made me appreciate how consistently great Domino’s can be when they have such a dedicated team.

We ordered pizzas two bbq chicken, typically the pizzas are good We picked them up, payed extra for extra toppings. We did not receive the extra toppings, the pizzas were dry, no sauce. We called and asked about it, they said they would credit 2 large pizzas- just to call. We called, no notes about the pizzas. Very poor service from management. Not even an offer to make it right and honor their commitment. Poor quality, worse service.

Completely unreliable for delivery. We ordered lunch delivery for 25 people at work. Placed the order 1 day early to be sure they can deliver on time (they confirmed that it wouldn’t be late). But delivery came 45 mins late and the person on the phone kept lying that the delivery guy will arrive soon. Wouldn’t accept any fault and blamed other orders for delay. Also hung up the phone mid conversation. The delivery guy was nice and apologetic but the store person was terrible to deal with.
