Very upset about my experience with this store last night. Ordered online at 1:30pm to have it ready for pickup at 5:30pm. Received an email verification with this info. When I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:32 I was told that they could not find my order. The same employee came back a few min later and said they found my order but they are running a bit behind and it is almost ready. 10 min later another employee came to the window asked if I ordered through the app – I said yes and he told me the ticket came through to make my order for 7:30pm not 5:30pm and said they haven’t even started my order yet. He was rude and asked if I just wanted them to make it now or wait until 7:30. I said to go ahead and make it and he told me it would be about 30 min. We parked and waited and went back to the drive-thru to pick it up. They sent a different employee to the window who I tried very hard to be extra nice to because she wasn’t part of the issue. She handed me all my food and then my receipt. As I was driving away we realized that the receipt I was given wasn’t even mine it had someone else’s information on it. I don’t know if this was intentional so I couldn’t see what my order actually said or not. I was offered NO apology which is the part that upset me the most. I will not use this store again.

I waited one hour for my delivery order then another hour in the drive thru waiting to pick it up. They told me they were going to start it 3 times and never did so I just drove away. No refund. There was only one guy in there and phone ringing constantly with tons of orders. Not fair to that employee to deal with that and to me either.

Order online every time…. And 90% of the time they’ve gotta remake the pizza because it’s not what we ordered (square cut)…. While waiting, I noticed they’re not wearing gloves while handling food, nor did the kid even wash his hands before starting to remake my order.

Great customer service. The gentleman that took our order was very upbeat and polite. They got my order together quickly. Check out their medium topping extravaganza Pizza it has everything on it. The Philly steak Pizza was very different full of flavor. I recommend coming here to Domino’s.

It’s unfortunate that the owners of this store are inept at running a business. This is the third time that I have had to go and get a pizza after ordering it for delivery. The employees have great customer service skills and seem like they want do well but are thwarted by poor staffing levels. Owners if you read this, sell the business and let someone who knows what they are doing take it over. Plover will be thankful.

We ordered last week when we returned from vacation and totally enjoyed our meal. We contracted Covid so that we again order food for a couple of meals. We ordered 2 orders of wings. One garlic and the other BBQ honey. We did not eat the garlic ones till today and when we opened the box there was only 7 wings and 2 of the other ones looked like nuggets not wings and sauce was put on only 2 of the wings.
