Ok I hate to give this place not a 5 star rating but I am watching two employees talk and have a very intense conversation and 1 person working. He taking orders and making the sandwiches. He did warn me that there were several sandwiches ahead of me and I honestly I am okay with waiting! But feeling bad that he is the only one working.

I ordered for delivery through the company’s site..the lettuce was mostly brown on both sandwiches and the bacon on the BLT didn’t look edible. My other sandwich was ok but for the money these were the smallest sandwiches I’d ever seen with very little meat.

Placed my order for pick up today. My husband ordered a gargantuan 16in. I ordered a beach 8 in. My husband picked it up and when he got home realized he only received 8” of his 16”. He went back to the store and they were nice enough to make him another 16”. However, when we went to eat,my sandwich only contained the cheese and no turkey. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I shouldn’t have to drive for a 3rd time to get my order correct.

Ordered delivery. They brought us the wrong sandwich. Called and spoke with shyann. They Offered a refund. Great! But when I asked if I was going to actually get my correct order so I could actually eat dinner they said oh we can possibly do that. We will need that sandwhich back though. We said Fine. Ok to start, we walk in and there is a shirtless child probably age 4 running around the kitchen. The kitchen! He was not well behaved and causing chaos. Ok, I take note, it’s disturbing, but hey life happens sometimes and I don’t know the girl behind the counters story. I move on and we order our food and the guy tells me they only have one piece of bread left (in a sandwich shop) and shows me the sub roll thing so I say I will take it and he says he is saving it for someone (this someone never showed up). Oh kayyyyy. We came an hour before closing so I try to be understanding. He offers us wheat bread to which I assume is going to be sub bread. No, we get our sandwiches and it’s like regular slices of bread. Our food was disgusting, the restaurant is dirty and at one point the child’s face was 2 inches from my sandwich where it was being made. He was talking and breathing all over it. Another man came in for his online order and the child is running all around him, screaming and they didn’t even have his order and the man left very upset and had words to say to the two behind the counter about the wild child and terrible service but they of course were just kind of like whatever about it. I don’t think that I will be going back there. Not that they care but I just thought the whole thing was wild. The staff weren’t rude or anything but just definitely not professional or taking any pride in their work or environment

Not very nice, the lady at the front wearing the glasses. Kind of smart a**y. Also, you guys are very stingy with the avocado- I ordered a little john #6 and my goodness. There’s literally only half a squeeze of guac between my provolone. Just ugh.
