I got my pizza and it didn’t have any sauce on it. When I called about it I was told that the cook did put sauce on my pizza, but there was no sauce on my pizza. They did agree to fix my order and send the correct pizza, I received a pizza completely drenched in sauce. The employees here are rude and petty. After a great start going here and having the outcome of the order excellent, it has done a complete 180. Driving from MKE to the Falls to get it rigjt the 1st time use to be a no brainer. Now the GM of this store dont even care about the customer and making sure the order is made correctly. Then the remake is even messed up. Avoid this location. LISTEN to what the customer is ordering and make sure it is made properly.

Absolute worst customer service! Approached the counter to place an order and the GM said it would be 15 mins! After 15 mins of doing a large order for Garcade, he stood there and waited on the oven!!!!. Could’ve been taking my order but didn’t. Then said oh it’ll be 45 mins. I mean…..it’s Dominos, they don’t miss. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich, and was straight out of the oven, spicy like it should have been, and plenty cheesy. In fact, ot was so good, I ate it before I remembered that I had bought ranch dipping sauce for it!

Pizza was fine, what you’d expect from a chain. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of boneless wings. When I got home after picking up my order and opened the wings, they were bone-in. I should have known better and checked before I left. There was only one person working and it was 10 mins before kick off on a Sunday. I’m sure they were busy and it was probably an honest mistake, but we ended up throwing all the wings away because they were awful. Lesson learned. I’ll stick to the local pizza places in the future and avoid the chains.
