Order was placed. Came into the store for pickup at scheduled time and order was not even placed in the oven until 20 minutes AFTER I arrived at the store. Would not recommend this location at all. If you have no other choice I recommend ordering an hour or two ahead of time!!

Meal was mildly disappointing this time. Usually love the Walleye, but tasteless this time. Very noisy in the room we were in. Hard to talk. Service was fantastic! Will be back…will order something else next time and request a different room.

After spending the afternoon at the urgent care at Freodtert with one of our toddler twins I realized I had nothing for dinner. I placed an order at 4:43pm for a delivery that showed 14-22 min as the anticipated delivery time. Our toddlers eat at 5pm and had we known we would have made food or placed a pick up order from another pizza restaurant down the road. We placed pizza and dessert orders for the toddlers and one pizza and wing order for the adults. The tracking app showed the order had not left for more than 45 minutes. By that point our toddlers were losing their minds and we literally were giving them crackers. I finally called and the rude person said over and over they were busy and there was 50% off. I kept trying to clarify if they were offering us 50% off? Because they were busy, he didn’t really make sense. But told me to hold then the order was out for delivery. I can see the time to delivery and for the next 20 minutes the delivery time didn’t change. We had to fee the kids crackers and summer sausage by that point as they were melting down. We called, again, and tried to explain most the order was for the kids, we already fed them. What are they going to do. Again, please hold. Now he comes back on and states he is going to refund the order plus give us a $10 credit. Which seems appropriate. As no adults have yet eaten I mention again the order still says it is not close. He then says yes, you were the next order but I told her not to come but I am refunding you for the food you didn’t get (seriously?) and going to give you a $10 credit for the next time you order and have this same horrible experience. So, in summary. They gave customers 50% off, not us. We placed an order with a approximately 17 min delivery timeframe for adults and toddlers. After 45 minutes they told us it was sort of our fault for placing an order when they had a big promo going but or order was on its way. 30 more minutes later they said the same thing cancelled our order and said they would give us a $10 off coupon in the future for the same experience. Absolutely terrible customer service. From the manager! pizza made incorrectly and we called to ask them to correct it. They said yes. 30 min later we called back for an update and the manager got on and told us that he made it correctly and would not be making it again. When I questioned him, he told me to call tomorrow and talk to another manager because he isn’t going to do anything. Wow.

Ordered a large pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, black olives, pepperoni, sausage, bacon beef, green peppers, extra cheese. Received a medium pizza with tomato sauce, onions and ham. No wonder papa johns up the road is getting more business. I guess that’s on me for believing Menomonee Falls actually gave a crap but with a screaming baby I needed to get them home. Never again. I really wonder how hard it is to follow directions but then again with employees on their personal phone and confusing orders I don’t have to wonder very hard.

Live nearby, with multiple teenagers, this Domino’s always gets our orders rights. 10 pizzas on a Saturday night, right on time every time. 20 pizzas for a party. Carry out deal 7.99 large pizzas are great for entertaining. The garlic butter crust is great.

After a great start going here and having the outcome of the order excellent, it has done a complete 180. Driving from MKE to the Falls to get it rigjt the 1st time use to be a no brainer. Now the GM of this store dont even care about the customer and making sure the order is made correctly. Then the remake is even messed up. Avoid this location. LISTEN to what the customer is ordering and make sure it is made properly.
If any employee there actually cared about their job there or the customer, they would make sure the order is accurate.
Attached photos are undercooked chicken and a hand tossed pizza with LIGHT BBQ sauce and double bacon…. it is loaded with sauce and next to no bacon.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s. I placed an order for two chicken dishes and Parmesan Bread Bites. Not only did I have to wait more than 30 minutes past the quoted pickup time, but while I was waiting an employee tried to hand me two completely different customers’ orders on separate occasions.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she was dismissive and acted as though my concerns didn’t matter. She gave me the impression that I wasn’t important and that she didn’t care about the poor service.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with Domino’s, and I left feeling extremely frustrated.
