Will mark your pizza’s as being ready even though they have not started them (this is what they did to me). They told me it would be a few more minutes in the oven; then 5 minutes later, I see them making my food and putting it into the oven. Guessing they have metrics to meet and don’t care about the customer. Food was very bland after we finally got it.

Girlfriend ordered delivery earlier tonight and they forgot to bring our spinach feta bread, which I didn’t think would be much of a problem given dominos customer service that they so often talk about being the best (to be fair normally I’ve had good experiences with them at other locations). I called the restaurant for her and explained that it was right there on our receipt but we didn’t receive it. Figured it would be pretty simple, but instead, the guy absolutely refused to believe me and kept saying that he packed that order himself and that there’s no way that we didn’t our spinach feta bread. I was annoyed, but rather than get angry, I just said very nicely “dude I’m not lying to you” and repeated what we received and what we did not receive from the order. He continued to be rude and suspicious that I was trying to scam him for some spinach bread, never once apologizing that they missed an item. I’m giving 3 stars because after I continued to be nice to him and explain that I wasn’t trying to blame him for anything (ridiculous that I’d have to do that) he did eventually grunt “best I can do is an account credit” which I thanked him for, and then after briefly explaining the credit, he hung up on me.

I ordered 3 pizzas and didn’t receive any ranch, when I went in to get the ranch they charged me for 3 of them meaning I got no sauce included with my $40 worth of pizza. Will not be going back. Usually at least one dipping sauce should be included.

I ordered on line and went to pick up at the specified time. Waited 20 more. Watched my cheese only pizza being cut with a filthy cutting tool. No one was cashing people out. I went to my car and called..the lady who answered said she’d cash me out. I go back in while she sorted orders for another 10 minutes and waited on a lady who came in after me. I left…this should have ZERO stars

Been going here for the last couple years and my pizzas have always been pretty good until recently. I ordered what I usually always get and when I went to pick it up I could see them cutting up my pizza still and it just looked off. The worker handed it to me and I opened it up just to see why it looked different. The whole crust and pizza in general looked completely different from what it usually looks like. I was telling the guy that it just doesn’t look right and was hoping for him to agree to make me a new one but that didn’t happen. Sure enough I get home and take a bite of a slice and it legit tasted like cardboard and had 0 flavor. I ate one slice then threw the whole thing in the trash.

Placed an order online and got a message that said my pizzas were ready. When I showed up, our pizzas were not ready. The guy maning the place said it’ll be another 20 minute wait. Guy was rude when I asked what happened, didn’t seem to care, ignored me multiple times and made smart-a** comments. There obviously was a communication error on their end and instead of having selfaccoutability, the guy decided to be a d***. I canceled my order and asked for a refund and went to another pizza franchise. Skip out on this place if you dont want to deal with attitute for no reason.

Today me and my family ordered 2 Large Pizzas, Parmesan Bites, and Cheese Bread. We had no issues while ordering, but when they delivered the pizza, our 2 large pizzas were missing, and instead we received a thin crust pizza and a bowl of pasta. We were not mad, everyone makes mistakes, but when we called them to recieve our correct order they were very rude, and said that we would have to repay the delivery fee, in order to recieve our correct pizzas. This seems outrageous, we already payed for the pizzas and the delivery why would we need to pay again because they messed up? When we said this was absurd they said the only thing they could do was give us corporates number. So we asked for a refund and the worker was very rude and seemed irritated that we wanted the order we placed. Everyone has bad days and we were not mad originally but to be rude and irritated at the fact that you had to do your job and that someone wanted to pizza they payed for, seems outrageous and is very upsetting, we love Dominos but we will not be ordering again.
