I have been ordering at this place (which shows up as my local store) on different days of the week at different times in the evening. The delivery has never taken less than 1.5 hours, half of the times the pizza arrives luke warm at best, and right now I am looking at a 2 hour + delivery on a random Thursday evening. If you call in, they keep on throwing the same excuse to you: they only have one driver. What about hiring another one, then?

Ordered delivery on 12/8 and never received my order. Before I even knew it was “delivered”, I received an email that said “sorry, that delivery was not what we hoped it would be”. I never even received a call from anyone. I called the store EIGHTEEN times and their phones were either down or shut off every single time. Even customer service couldn’t get ahold of them. Nonetheless, I couldn’t follow up with anyone at the store to see what was going on or if I could just come pick it up. I was out dinner and 25$ tonight including a 20% tip.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 45 min is was still in prep. When I tried to call the store someone picked up and hung up immediately twice on me. When we went to try to pick our order (1.5 hours after ordering). They said it would be ready in 8 min and it took almost 25. They haven’t even responded to me about refunded the delivery charge and tip I had on my order. So I overpaid only to have to pick up my order almost 2 hours after ordering!! I plan to purse this further!
