Wanted to give my local Domino’s some love after reading the recent reviews. I have been coming to this Domino’s for nearly 10 years, both carryout and delivery. I have never had a single issue. I normally order 3 to 5 times a month with pizzas, breads, and desserts. Everyone is kind when I speak with them and the order is ready when it says.

PS: Love the brand refresh and the stuffed crust!

(I was a regular for this location atleast once a week)

Saying this review because I will never go to this location ever again because of a temp manager constantly on her phone facetiming somebody while she makes pizza the whole hour I was there, and my free rewards order pizza was wrong after the fact she said she never got it, but then later it was made, then then the original pizza was mixed up with another guys order that left the place! So I waited even longer for everything to be completed including them retiring up a second pizza then she put those bad green peppers on it anyway founding out and all I wanted was one pepperoni rewards large pizza, what do I get? I get a medium pepperoni with green shriveled up small thin sliced green peppers on it.

I did 3 orders and not 2 because of this temp manager lady. My first order i ordered my girlfriends meal and my second order i just wanted to use my reward points on a pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to be a large by the way and not a medium I found out. Because of her(temp manager) saying to me she never got it, I had to do a new combo deal as my third for 19 more dollars.

Warning……. st Jude hospital rounding up, even if you say no it will still auto charge you on the app itself. Even though i do donate to st. Jude, its not right for a stupid dominos app to still charge you up a dollar when you specifically say no on the app itself! It happened to both my orders!

On her defense, she was nice to me and she thanked me when I said 2 dollar tip and that everybody should give tips, even doordash delivery people, I’ve done it others should too.

Atleast the bad peppers were in basically one spot on both pizzas to pluck them out quicker.

This really was degrading how I think of dominos now and I still do have the region managers business card, but I’ll just do a review insted of talking to him. I always loved this dominos until last night situation, everything was flipflopped, even cutting of the pizzas were not great, had to use my own pizza cutter. So done with dominos now. (Edited, changed to 1 star from 3 to get more attention to the owner about my comments) this place really turned bad on my last visit, workers gets easily confused, one delivery driver was also complaining that’s pretty old, he wanted to give his resignation to the owner or regional manager, and I know why, I can see how understaffed this place is at the same time which makes the quality go down quick.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Keyden, who truly made a difference. My previous orders had been disappointing—honestly, the pizza tasted like cardboard—but this time was completely different. Keyden took the time to help, was incredibly friendly, and made sure everything was done right.

The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Great service paired with great-tasting pizza is a winning combination. This experience restored my confidence, and I’ll definitely be back.

This location is the absolute best location in Columbus, hands down! As easy as it is to order online, we prefer to call due to the always friendly service, order accuracy, food quality and they even handle special requests like love notes written on the box from my husband. They will always be OUR Domino’s! Keep up the good work guys

I’ve been to this location many times…this crew they put together tonight was my first bad experience. Tracker had ZERO updates until my single medium pizza was handed to me. That was 55 minutes after I ordered and 25 minutes waiting in the store.

2 employees asked me my name then never gave me any update. They stood around while 1 guy did everything.

Mind you. I was the ONLY order on the live-tracker displayed for customers.

This location is better when it’s busy…somehow…

Canceled my order, because I placed it online for delivery and waited 2 hours+ for it. I called multiple times and got told they were backed up and I wasn’t the only one that waited that long even though the estimated delivery time on the tracker said 16-30 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever order from this place again. I only will if I can get the same order again deliverey for free and I mean the entire order for free for my inconvenience. Otherwise you’ve lost a customer for life

We won’t be going back here again we tried placing a simple order and the young kid did not understand so he got the manager. She came out my husband said he would like to order a large all pepperoni on the whole thing & half sausage & onion not hard right, she said so half pepperoni my husband said no lady it’s not rocket science she you know what were done here. He said we sure are she was very rude set a bad example for her employees. They would never got the 1 star but I had to give at least 1 so I could leave the post. Took our money somewhere else.

New management has been doing a fantastic job focusing mainly on product quality and customer satisfaction . Not only can you feel the genuine positive vibes of the staff, but you can also see how hard they work.
I asked to speak to the manager on duty a couple of times and he’s always made things right for me while making sure that all my concerns were fully taken care of.
