You know, even just planning a trip to Chili’s is enjoyable, knowing what to expect when you get there. I usually already know what I want and what I’ll have to drink… Same with the rest of our party! It’s always reliable to be of high quality! We usually enjoy sitting in the bar area, so we don’t miss any of the games on their multiple screens. The service is always accommodating and friendly.

Not bad, service was good. The staff was very kind and accommodating for my family and 1 year old. I felt like the food used to be better at Chili’s years ago. I feel 3/5 overall is fair. If you’re looking for a somewhat better Applebee’s, this is the place.

Whoever was on grill today killed it. Usually the burgers are a confident 4/5, but today it was a definite 5, and the broccoli was even better. Tastes pretty real too, not too much chemicals, hormones, trans fat or salt compared to most of the other chains, which is why I didn’t even know this was a chain until looking it up!

We just left. The food was good, but our waitress was just flat out rude. She actually reached across me as I was putting food in my mouth and almost dipped her sleeve in my food. Then she argued with my boyfriend about his burger order, and again after he got it. Plus, we never got any silverware or napkins and had to flag someone down to get them, after our food came out. And the chips which used to be free if you had their points system are now $6.00. The menu is all new and just weird. Plus, they got rid of the two for 25. We have been going here for years but will not be back. You guys need to train your people better.

I really enjoy Chili’s. IMHO, they are one of the better chains. My visit was ok. It seems that this location us suffering from lack of staff,like most places. The food was good, as expected, but the service was awfully slow for how empty the place was.

Went here last night and the service was awful. You need to teach your waitresses better hospitality. Your Chilis workers from 10 years ago were so much better. They were so attentive and were friendly. This place has gone down hill.

My children enjoyed this visit very much. Though we have had issues at other locations, this location has been good. I tried the honey chipotle crisper. If you want sweet and a little spicy at the same time, you’ll enjoy this. Thanks Chilli’s!

waitress was kind put the place is disgusting. the manager Edgar I think his name is, is a horrible person. he should not have a job near people whatsoever with the way he handles things and speaks to people. the food is trash everything is microwaved and dirty back in the kitchen. it’s filthy in the kitchen and your food sits there for awhile before anyone brings it out. you get better quality food at White Castle.
