Recently moved close to this store. Ordered 4 times now expecting better every time. All 4 times no straws, no napkins, no ketchup packets, large fry less then half filled (fries hot n fresh tho), cokes with no ice (melted), and finally always missing something all 4 times now.

Ordered off the McDonald’s app and had this location the past couple times. At the point of no longer going to order online or visit this location due to lack of food and no sauce. We have 30 chicken nuggets with not one single sauce. Try to complain on the app and the app tells us its a doordash issue even though the McDonald’s bag is completely sealed and not the dashers fault. Leaving a review to hopefully prevent others from ordering here and picking a better location or even something different then this.

Every time I come to this location, I come through the drive-through they always have someone on the speaker who is in polite or know how to articulate their words properly and say what huh all the time then I get to the window after ordering my food It’s never a hey how are you doing? It’s always somebody playing music on their phone and then seeing the total and slam the window back then I proceed to the window where I get my food they just hand it back out slammed the door what happened to have a good day? Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I usually really like McDonald’s, but this McDonald’s is so bad that I actually had to leave a review. They consistently mess up my order each time. They purposefully remove condiment items when I asked for extra. They never provide a straw in the bag. Food is cold and hard. Fries will never have salt. This is the closest one to me unfortunately, but each time I try to order again from here it’s just impossible and inedible and a waste of money.

I’m not sure the guy’s name but I believe he was the manager – glasses, long black hair, but he has an amazing attitude and deserves double what he’s making. There was two party buses full of kids and many others waiting for food and every customer he had the same positive attitude and was always extremely respectful, when in my opinion they were being pushy with him. Got my food in under ten minutes, not sure what you pay this guy but he deserves a raise.

They’re very slow. Whether you do the front counter or the drive-thru they’re slow regardless. There was at least one person that walked out while I was waiting for my mobile order. You could also hear the manager in the background saying that the drive-thru was past 3 minutes. Some days they’re okay and other days they’re not. I don’t often try to stop at this one.

I keep trying to give this Mcdonalds a chance but they just don’t care. I ordered steak bagel sandwich extra onions and sauce didn’t get either extra. The Bagel hard as hell. This was at 9am so why is it so hard to get fresh product?? Wasted $20

Pulled in around 11pm. Neither myself or the car at the second ordering screen were helped for a good 5+ minutes. Finally helped. Food cold and service even colder. Extremely disappointed. I stop every Monday when I’m in the area and am between this and one other McDonald’s. Usually go to the other but decided I’d like to start going to this one as it’s a tiny bit more convenient. Big mistake.

Never again. We got Happy Meals and 1 quarter pounder. Happy meals came out right away. We were told to pull up and they will bring it to us. After 15 minutes my husband went in and it was sitting on the counter cold. So needless to say everyone had cold meals.
