This place has 100% turned it around since a few years ago when it first opened, thank you so much Austin for not judging me and cooking my weird custom order and making it as if it was your own. I didn’t catch the name of the young lady name who also helped greatly and was incredibly nice, tho was in there last time too. Domino’s delivered to me while staying at Opryland. I called ahead of time to confirm everything before ordering and the young man who answered was very patient and extremely helpful. My delivery guy was super fast (they had me running to the meeting point since they were so fast in cooking and delivering – seriously awesome!), extremely friendly, and a great representative for Domino’s.

employees were nice and greeted me as i walked in. I arrived as my order was coming out of the oven so service was fast. As I was waiting, i noticed that when the pizzas were being boxed and cut, the young man wasn’t wiping the blade off after cutting the previous pizza. Given that i have family members who have severe allergies to some food items there, it has caused major concerns for me. That is the only reason I give it 3 stars.

I went in and picked up my order , and the employee who I assume was the shift lead/manager of that shift was just really snappy and rude with me , I paid with a 15 dollar gift card and my total was 15.27 and I had 50 cents to pay the rest with and when my gift card “went thru” he snapped at me “you still owe me money!” , like sir I know I have the rest , and I got a drink and I’ve never been in this particular one before so I didn’t know where the cooler with the drinks were and he seemed so bothered when I asked. And I got my drink and was about to leave and he stopped me and said the gift card I had didn’t go thru and to pay again , so I obliged and swiped the gift card again and it still didn’t work , and u offered to go get some cash outta my car and he just snapped at me and said “Just Leave I can fix it” and I asked if he wanted me to leave the gift card there with him since I was using the whole thing and he just snapped at me again a bit louder and said “Just Go” and waved me out the door

Same experience as others. Made a delivery order. Pizza sat in the quality control window for about 45 minutes. Called and asked if everything was ok. The girl who answered told me the pizza had been done for a while. She said she was looking at the pizza on the warming rack, but they had no drivers so it would still be a while. We notified them that we would drive over and pick the order up. They voided the order when we told them it would be picked up, so I had to pay again at the store. Horrible experience. Just communicate with your customers. If you don’t have drivers, disable the option.

When I walked thru the door to pick up our pizzas, Ashlee (dominos employee) was prepping pizzas, she greeted me politely and let me know she would be with me ASAP! We ordered the carry out deal (sausage, mushrooms & green peppers with a garlic Parmesan sauce on crispy thin crust and another with Feta, mushrooms and green peppers! The pizza was hot and fresh, the price was a fabulous deal and Ashlee was amazing! thank you!

Pizza tasted bad- we did not finish it. Tossed over a third of it in the trash. If we had not been so hungry- most likely would have thrown all of it away. (Topping rip-off) The 14″ pizza I ordered with pepperoni and Italian Sausage, had only one peperoni slice and one sausage slice on each pizza wedge. I got way better pizza at Sam’s Wholesale last week. My suggestion based on experience with this store– pizza from here is not worth the money. choose a different vendor.
