Great experience here and Marcus the manager was the best. We came in 5mins before they closed and they accommodated us immediately, stayed open and let us diner in. After a long day of travel, we were in need of food and it was the cleanest and best quality out of all the 99’s in the area, maybe that I’ve ever been to!!!

We came in yesterday with a very large party of our family. Our server’s name was Garrett. He did such a great job at getting our order, refilling coffees, and offered to take a picture of our whole family for us. This is a nice restaurant to bring family. Thanks Garrett, and the staff.

A lady there was so rude to me on January 16th 2026 around 12 PM. I ordered online because I was on my lunch time, then I decided to sit down and eat my 27.80 dollars food. And I asked one the waitress before I sat down. She said that’s fine I can sit wherever I want.
A bit after, I asked a lady if I can I get a glass of lemonade then she proceeded and told me << you gonna have to pay for it>>. Do you think I’m eating my food for free.. that was so rude and unprofessional. I want to add it was more profiling me because of my skin color. That was disgusting.

First of all nice and empty and peaceful. Popcorn is served in stead of bread which I found weird. The best thing was the buffalo sauce for the nasty chicken fingers no chicken wings like on the picture of the menu. Some adult drinks were and so was the food. Who puts jalapeno peppers in a drink? Definitely knew my stomach was going to hurt me later. I had the seafood trio. The fish dish was too fishy and the fries were hard and over cooked. Sorry definitely not eating there again.

I had the country fried chicken it was so tender I didn’t need a knife. My fork was all I needed. The chicken was nice and crispy drizzled in gravy like rain dripping from the sky. The mash potatoes were whipped up to perfection light hint of butter I felt like in was on cloud nine. The broccoli was a lightyear salted nice bite of delight for the night. The biscuit was nice, soft , buttery, and almost felt homemade like grandma use to do..

Been going here for years and in the last year food has gone down. The last two times the food has sucked. The last time I placed an order to go for over $120 and they skimmed on all the food. $16 for a chicken salad and the lettuce was soggy and the amount looked like for a side, not a meal I think I have reached my limit with 99. Sad to say I would not be going back again

This place has become an increasingly big disappointment. I’m not sure if there is new management, but this place is not what it once used to be. The food is always hit or miss. There are times the food is great, but plenty of bad experiences too. Below is a picture of a “salad” of some sort. I don’t know if the kitchen was trying to be fancy, but I’ve never had a salad that looked like this at any 99 restaurant in New England. It was terrible. Train your wait staff to be more attentive too. The service is usually pretty bad… unless you’re at the bar.
