Order pizza jan 25 th it was all thin crust when request ny for 2 of the 3. Was compensated 2 free pizzas asked for them to be made the same even ordered an extra so they could be delivered. Received the pizza, poorley made burnt hardly any cheese, called thanked them for the compensation, spoke to a “female mgr” who stated she made the pizza herself. Well it was not made correctly, i voiced my opinio, rrquested her name she was rude, said no and hung up. Now Im a single mom I work hard for MY MONEY, so yes when I buy something I expect it to be what I ordered, I work hard and lazy is not part of my vocabulary. But, if you want crappy pizza be mu guest. The Groveland Dominos does an excellent job of being sloppy and nasty!

I’ve ordered at this location with fairly consistent results, that being decent, but not spectacular. Tonight was superb though. Ordered 2 pan pizzas for carryout, and whoever made them did an amazing job. Never thought Domino’s could taste this good, but tonight proved that with a little care in the production process, great pizza can be made at Domino’s! I do however suggest carryout. I live 2.5 miles away and have had cold pizza delivered 45 mins late before. Not sure how that’s possible, but it is. On the upside, Domino’s automatically compensated me without asking.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. 8 people went hungry because the driver forgot the soda and when I told her hey yeah I already tried calling your store our boxes are crushed and burnt and dry with no cheese. She said great I’ll bring you new food and your soda no problem, disregard the old. The manager said an hour later when I was texted to call him that he won’t do anything about it but a refund and he doesn’t care about losing our business or our guys going hungry and doesn’t see how it was burnt when the driver specifically told me they hired a new guy who can’t cook. We will continue to order pizza hut from now on so I never have to hear someone heavy breathe and disregard business ethic and common human decency.

Order standard delivery. Pizza was left on the porch while the app kept saying it was on the way. 40 something minutes later I looked on the porch and there was my cold pizza.
The owner says great pizza in Groveland? Try Marcos. There are a few pizza places here now. Pizza hut is also here. Avoid this store.

Unfortunately my order was misinterpreted. Carried out my pizzas. Made it home without looking at them. Place them in the oven to keep warm for after football practice. Noticed they were the wrong order. Called my local store, brought them back and they replace them at no expense. Thank you Domino’s. Shout out to the managers and employees on duty that night. May have saved the local football season.

We ordered pizza at 6 pm and the dominos app first stated delivery was on the way. Thirty minutes later it says order cancelled, when i called the store they said driver called but i did not pick up phone. I went to Dominos at Citrus tower village and picked up a pizza.

Domino’s is one of the only places that delivers to our address and they do good every time. Most recently the thin crust sausage pizza was great and so was the cheesy bread. A little expensive but hard to go wrong especially when it’s piping hot.
