Delivery time was good. Ordered steak sandwich pasta bowl ond garlic bites to share. The steak sandwich had a few pieces of meat and burnt cheese. Domino’s should stick to pizza and pasta. Subway can make a better cheese steak then this.

Trashiest dominos branch ever. Constantly take 2-3 hours for delivery, when you get your food all of it is cold. Then when you call and tell them that your 100$ order is cold they’ll offer to replace the whole order. When you call back to replace, they act like they have no knowledge and give you attitude then finally replace part of the order. Delivery again takes 3 hours but this time they implement a no walking up to a door without lights policy and never deliver. Keep in mind I ordered from here twice a week for a while with no issue. Then give me attitude and try to tell me to pick the order up because my son had my phone and didn’t answer. I live in a nice neighborhood, there are 3 lambos within 4 houses each way. Why exactly couldn’t they ring our door bell? Horrible horrible, go anywhere else lol

Terrible food and worse customer service. Random toppings and seasoning put on our pizza! Ordered pineapple and ham which came with a handful of banana peppers. Cheese pizza had a few random pieces of sausage, mushroom, and what we think is onion. HORRIBLE service. We ordered in store & had to watch 3 other customers literally ask if they can have their food after standing there NOT being acknowledged. The older lady was too worried about NOT having the other Guy come up to the counter that had longer finger nails then everyone put together. Despite the fact that I watched him touch keys to unlock a bathroom for someone & touch many other things & not one time stop to wash HIS hands before touching the next batch of dough. The ladies excuse was that the drivers were all out. We were all standing in store, your driver’s had nothing to do with any of us. But your lack of running this store sure did. If woman shouldn’t have fake nails or nail polish while working with food cuz of health code then the same rule applies to men as well.

Ordered carbonara with bacon and Mushroom. No bacon and no mushroom with 3 PCs chicken and no sauce. Austin, who said he is the general manager, picked up the phone when I called store. He is very arrogant. He told me that I was wrong as he made the order and he put the bacon and mushroom. I kept telling him that the one i received has nothing. He said he is the GM and he never wrong. He told me so many times that he did the order and never wrong. I offered him that I will bring the box and food so he could see. He stated he didn’t understand my talking. Franchise owner should fire him. This is not the 1st one. Last time, my order never showed up for more than 2 hrs. When I finally came to store, he claimed the store didn’t have the person name as stated in the order tracker. Then he claimed I went to wrong store. When I showed my order, he finally stated found my order and he said the order hadn’t even been made. He never apologized for being arrogant and accusing me for coming to wrong store and stated no Person name as order tracker.

Reason for a 1 star review is without exaggeration 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. They put garlic seasoning on the crust when I specifically order it without garlic crust, & then I have to sit there and wait for them to make a new pizza the way I ordered it. The pizza is great – I just have to wait for them to make two before they get it right. Seems simple but nearly every time this mistake is made. Cmon guys pay attention!
