I’m not sure what happened a month ago from this review but it sounds like a salty employee had a bunch of their friends write bad reviews lol. This location always get my order correct and the woman with the dark hair at the window is an amazing human! She is always so nice and makes my morning commute so much better! We have to protect her at all costs! Love her!

At drive-thru BEFORE finishing my order, I changed a med Hazelnut from reg to cream 2 Splenda. Was TOLD ” SHE ALREADY MADE IT YOU REALLY WANT A NEW ONE?” I replied yes. At drive-thru window a long time employee who’s amazing, I ASKED her to check to make sure the coffee was correct, an older man began yelling at the employee “It’s correct , SHE screwed up and changed her mind! ” She being ME! I asked employee if he was the MANAGER she said YES!! This employee could not have been nicer or more apologetic over the incident! Honestly I wanted to address this manager however being so hostile I was afraid what would happen to the employees afterwards. I will be calling corporate in Braintree Monday a.m. Poor representative of Dunkins brand. That manager should be reprimanded immediately and retrained according to the brand and employee relations, nevermind customer service. !!! Disgraceful behavior!!!

I’m leaving a 1 star review here for the manager I just saw berate another employee while I was waiting for my food in the drive thru. I wish I got his name but the way he was yelling at this employee over making a drink was BEYOND ridiculous and I hope that employee walks out. The employees here are always great and never have an issue with them but this manager needs to go!

On March 1st 2023 i went into this dunkin location as a former employee where I was immediately accused of stealing a latte that one of my former coworkers gave me the day before despite my efforts to pay for it. I was then berated and instructed to leave the premises without an opportunity to explain the situation. When I tried to further explain to Justin (a member of management) he threatened to call the police. They called Mansfield police who responded to the call after I had already left the store and didn’t write a report even after reviewing camera footage because no crime was committed. The management here is very poor and the mistreatment of staff and customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced.

As a former employee, this place is a disgrace. The management is extremely disrespectful towards their employees and blatantly take out their stress on customers. The owner’s do not listen to their employees regarding the uncomfortable environment created by management. Not only do the managers make several inappropriate comments towards each other, but they also belittle their staff constantly. They are racist and I will not work somewhere that tolerates disrespect towards others. It’s a shame that everything is “brushed under the carpet” here.

an indesiable place. I don’t know who was a boy if he was the owner or just the manager. But today I witnessed how he took a girl out of the place just because apparently the staff had given her a coffee, from the beginning she tried to pay and the staff did not accept her money, then the manager accused her disrespectfully. As a thief, I just turned around and threw my coffee into the trash can. I thought it was disgusting how they treat people, I won’t be back
