This was my worst experience at a Domino’s Pizza in my life. After being accosted by a man while I was in drive through line. The lady running the window screamed at me before demanding I leave without my food. Come to find out, they called the cops on me as well. While the other guy was driving back n forth . While talking with the deputies that responded to my call. I was informed someone from Domino’s reported me. Only saving grace was a gentleman working there observed what was happening and handled it. He removed my food from her hands and asked her to leave, then waited on me told me to have a nice night and closed the window. That was all the first lady and second lady needed to do. Extremely disappointed and could not believe how the manager responded to bringing a pizza right back that was extremely burnt and dried out on a Sunday night in the Wallace N.C location on 10-2-2022 .We went through the drive thru returning the hard and burnt pizza asked for management showed her the pizza and her response was the pizza did not look burnt just looked as if it was sitting out for a while with an attitude and that it looks like that because of cheese not being half on the pizza (which we did not order without cheese) She shut the drive thru window and started talking amongst the other employees in a unprofessional way about the conversation we had in reference of the pizza!

I live 4.5 miles from this domino’s and it takes 7 minutes to get here. They won’t deliver to my home and I don’t have a car. Getting food is challenging. Very disappointed. Was happy to tip.

I ordered a pizza and some wings. I’m a truck driver that was around the corner at House of Raeford. I had it delivered and asked specifically could they call when they got here because I was in my truck. They said that they would do so and it wasn’t an issue. Two hours later I find myself asking what’s going on with my delivery. I asked for the manager and was told that it was delivered and they won’t deliver it again. My question is who signed for my credit card? Very rude and incompetent. Thanks for nothing.
