this is a great place to eat for me and my husband. our regular order is 16 pc bread bites because they’re very delicious and affordable. we’ve had a slight issue the last few times with the bites box being filled with oil/ grease, but we explained to the workers and they actually care about fixing our issue. the customer service is great and makes me happy to go and interact with the workers there. great people who work there and give us great service.

This is how I opened my pizza that my dad picked up, a torn missing crust that I’m guessing they burnt and torn off, pizza is very dry as well, workers gave me credit for two new pizzas but very disappointed everything very overcooked, bites look brunt as well

I usually get my pizza at Dominos in Richlands. I had to go to Wallace so I stopped in Dominos on hwy 41 near Walmart. The staff was nice and tried to help put my order in which took forever, they put the order in for me but couldn’t find it after sending the order though. The manager said they lost power and the computer missed up. We finally got that straight and I got the pizzas. I didn’t check them, but I’ve never had to before, not in Richlands. I got home the order was wrong, I ordered a peperoni and a bacon and mushroom. I GOT A peperoni and a peperoni and mushroom. I Called the to let them know, they said for me to bring it back and they would remake it. I live 30 mins from Wallace. I got an I’m sorry, nothing more.The crust was hard, the peperoni was crunchy. Definitely over cooked. It doesn’t matter that they didn’t offer a free pizza , I wouldn’t have wasted my time to go get it.

Extremely disappointed and could not believe how the manager responded to bringing a pizza right back that was extremely burnt and dried out on a Sunday night in the Wallace N.C location on 10-2-2022 .We went through the drive thru returning the hard and burnt pizza asked for management showed her the pizza and her response was the pizza did not look burnt just looked as if it was sitting out for a while with an attitude and that it looks like that because of cheese not being half on the pizza (which we did not order without cheese) She shut the drive thru window and started talking amongst the other employees in a unprofessional way about the conversation we had in reference of the pizza!

Every time I order from this specific Dominos I always experience bad customer service. I usually do carry out, so I always get to see them when I have to pick up my order. There’s only a few of the men that really keep their professionalism, but when it comes to the young ladies (they’re quick to dismiss you, no basic manners, rude and attitudes) it’s an inconvenience I don’t wish to go through. I always keep it cordial and respectful, and that is never reciprocated. And this been several times. Not too mention they under cook their dough sometimes. It’s like they’re not putting any effort to their job. I order less and less because of those issues.

Placed a decent-size take-out order online and was charged right away. Then was called by the store and told the order could not be made because there “were not enough employees scheduled”. Now I have to wait 2 to 5 business days to get my $112 back. I supposed they anticipated a slow day. Disappointing regardless as our company frequents this place for our staff.

Waited over 45 mins to pick up a carryout. One of the pizza makers handles money at the register them grab chicken out of cooler never once washed his hands. Unbelievably slow !!!
