Not ever going back. I paid over $10 per plate and this is what we got in each one. I am very pissed!!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this happened two days in a row. I called and asked could they actually put food on the plate and they still didn’t, so it’s a no for me and my family!!

I ordered food from Grubhub before I fully read the reviews and I set myself up to be totally disappointed. It’s true that it lacks seasoning, but it was clean, very hot, the portions went beyond expectation and I guess the variety hit me right. Not likely to order from there again due to the blandness, but it’s not the total disappointment I was expecting.

This place is always professional when it comes to service. Then it gets a little hot and cold when it comes to the food. On one visit the food’s pretty good the next barely passes a fresh test. On occasion they’ll have the right amount of ingredients in a dish the next too much of one or the other. I normally find this out by ordering the dish one week and a week later ordering that same dish, it’s like night and day most times. Even I’d recommend the Chicken-n-mushrooms in garlic sauce.

The food is always good but today’s visit was very disappointing. I almost always ask for extra soy/duck sauce when I order and it has never been an issue before. The woman behind the counter, who is always there and always takes my order, instantly caught an attitude when I POLITELY asked for extra sauce. “I gave you 5 already!” Is what she said. 5 in total I might add, not 5 of each. Remind you I have a lot of RICE needing sauce. I then stated “ok but can I have some more?” I was willing to pay if that became an issue. She then comes from out that back, hands me 1 soy sauce and 1 duck sauce and says “HERE!” As she proceeded to slam the door in my face. She upset me enough to write a review because all of that was uncalled for and done in front of multiple customers. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants so I won’t be back to this one.

Everyone has different tastes , likes and dislikes, we did not enjoy our meals at all, the cashier was taking orders while in the middle of taking our, really disrespectful. The food was just missing authentic flavors, So disappointed, My opinion Chopsticks on Ellis Ave is alot better .

I purchased shrimp fried rice & 2 egg rolls. It was delicious. I had 2 issues. There were no shrimps in the bottom half of the container & I received only one egg roll. The attendant said he made 2 egg rolls into one.
