I’ve been to this location about 5 times in my life. Twice they were out of the blackened sauce and once they were completely out of chicken. No napkins in the dispensers. The drink fountain had cleaner sitting next to it and the drinks tasted like cleaner. Condiment packages were sticky. Tables were dirty. When we approached the counter to ask for napkins, everyone disappeared to the back. Absolutely poorly managed location.

I ordered 3 piece tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. When I got home, I found that I only got 2 small tenders. This is not the first time I have been shorted. A while back, I ordered the 3 piece tenders and the side that came with it. I also ordered an extra side of red beans and rice. When I got home, I was shorted the red beans and rice. I love their chicken and sides, but I don’t like paying for food I don’t get. If you place a to go order, be sure to check it before you leave.

Second time here, ( thought last time was maybe on off day). Took over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence and even then it was almost an eye roll and definitely an annoyance. Out of both teas, out of lemonade and the mix on 3 of the sodas was off. Mashed potatoes were cold, the 3 tenders were super small and two were only half cooked. (I only ate the one). To top it off, they locked the doors before 8 and when a couple came up to the door, they just looked at them and turned their heads. I won’t be going back again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I have been waiting at least 30 minutes for my food. Servers keep coming out to the parking lot searching everyone’s car seeing who ordered what. I am still waiting .

After placing my order online and paying for it I arrived 45 mins later to pick it up. After going through the drive thru im asked to pull to a parking spot and it will be brought to me. I then wait another 45 mins to have someone come out two times once to ask my name and then tell me ok its ready then to inform me they are out of the mac n chz I ordered and was asked to pick another side. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with waiting here, hence the reason for the online pre order which proved to be a waste of time. I will not be back to this location but hey if u got a few hours to kill go for it.

Dyersburg tn 38024 . Worst Popeyes my family has ever eaten at. We spent almost $100 in the drive thru. Just to get pulled up for I know 35+ minutes waiting. Before leaving the window I asked for extra napkins and sauce the ” Mang” said ok. Get our food NO napkins NO extra sauce biscuits Hard fries OLD ghost wings OLD.! popcorn chicken WAS UNCOOKED SMH. Went inside to speak with the same very RUDE Mang man. With the unconcerned look and body language. He’s saying thats how it’s suppose to look and the fries where just dropped no help. Not to mention we had to go back inside AGAIN because they didn’t give us our 2 pies sigh. Very unfriendly staff. Unforms not clean. I lOVED Popeye until today.

This is the worst popeyes I have ever been to! Don’t go in the morning bc they won’t even start opening until at least 30 minutes after they say they will. Even if you go another time it would probably be faster to drive the 28 miles to the next one because they’ll take their time, even if it’s slow, to bring you some mid food that is the same if not worse quality than any other fast food restaurant. 0/10 would NOT recommend

Ordered chicken strips and an apple pie. I was told six minutes for the pies. After twenty minutes I went inside too see what was going on. They said they would make my order but it would be six minutes for the pies. Really ? I won’t be going to ANY Popeyes again. EVER

Customer service was great; however, the food lacked luster, Popeyes is not the same Popeyes, the red beans and rice taste is not the same, and the chicken tenders’ batter tasted diffrent.
