Do not order food from this store cause you will never get it. I called the store to place my order the automated service took my. Told me it would be sixteen to twenty minutes. My food never showed up. And when I called back the store was closed. What a joke. I will never order another thing from this domino’s. If the store was on fire I wouldn’t offer to bring my bucket of water to put it out. They have lost my business one hundred percent. It’s bad that I will wind up towing some of their cars. Becouse I am a tow truck driver in the same town. I guess their prices are gonna go up for not deliver pizzas like they say they’re gonna do.

Just moved here from Rhode Island. Dominos is my favorite pizza. I ordered on average 2 times a week. I ALWAYS order 2 medium handmade pan pizza. The thick crust is my favorite. Order today and picked up at store. Drove all the way home to open up my pizza and there was no crust at all on. Literally. No crust. The pizza was also ridiculously under cooked. The middle of the pizza was dough. When I called they tried telling me that the handmade pan pizza doesn’t come with crust…For 7 years ive been getting this style pizza, never once had the issue of no crust on the pizza. The crust on the handmade pizza is the reason I order it. Even on their website it goes into deep detail of the handmade pan pizza crust. I’m just so annoyed that they tried telling me this pizza has no crust. Like Wth? Also, they wouldn’t deliver me a new pizza but said I could come in and get a free one. No. Thanks. I’m including a picture of a normal pan pizza and the pizza I received today.

I was told the oven are set on high they can’t help its burned. Don’t you guys quality check? Would you serve this? I recieved my refund but you guys have definitely lost a customer. I always ate Domino’s even sometimes when the food was not that hot or my order was wrong , everyone is entitled to mistakes. However this was it and the rudeness of the workers the only person nice was the delivery driver Dale who said if I had been at the oven this would not have been sold.

Completely forgot one of the toppings. The pizza tasted dry and overcooked. I’d blame it on the pizza being thin crust but I have never had pizza like this from any other dominos location. Employees weren’t very friendly and the one that served me squinted in a way that implied they were high or ill.

The store in Henderson needs serious attention. This is the second time I ordered on line for curbside, only to get there and find that they had not even started my order. The claim of getting a free piza if they are late is a lie, the staff acted as if they could care less, people were canceling their call in orders and getting refunds, only to be told that the refund could take 3 to 5 days. The quality is not what is advertised. I ordered a Hawaiian and as you can see in the picture it was no where near what they advertise. Do Better Domino’s!

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza at 11.15 and at 11.35 the tracker said that it was done and on its way. At 11.55 I call the store and finally someone answers and tells me that they came to the hotel and knocked on the door and no one answered. She tells me that she was at a different room then what was on the order. She went back to the store without calling me or asking the front desk which room I was in. Then she says that another driver is going to bring the pizza. Half an hour later and no one has showed up.
