Dairy Queen’s offerings have left me with mixed feelings. While the ice cream is great, the serving sizes are disappointingly small, leaving me unsatisfied despite the premium prices.

The service was awful. They seemed under staffed. The cashier/server didn’t really seem present. The food did not come up together. The fries were cold and limp. The burger came with the wrong condiments. But the shakes finally showed up after every thing else was gagged down or thrown out . Next time I’ll go somewhere else or just stay home.

Stopped at DQ like normal. We usually have no issues and the food is good. We went through the drive through to get blizzards. The manager helped us. No issues except that they had the same gloves on that they used to deal with food. They were handling money. Gross. Same gloves dealing with food and money. Not to mention our blizzards were already half way melted. Other than that no issues. Would go there again but I’m not to sure how others would like to know they are being served food with gloves that touched money.

My girlfriend and I where on our way home to Canada, when we went to pay my card got declined and we didn’t have any cash on us, but thankfully the manager was very kind and patient while we figured out an alternative payment, she was so kind and caring it was very refreshing. 10/10 and service.

Clearly those working drive thru have no idea how to read the screen and gather orders appropriately. We sat at the window watching a meeting of the minds that was a clear waste of my time as no one knew how to prioritize and fill orders. This DQ? Never again…..

Every time i went, they got something wrong. Five times I ordered an arctic freeze and they give me a regular arctic rush. I ordered a cake and they tried charging me twice. When I asked why, they tried to convince me it only says is the price twice but doesnt charge twice. As if i can’t add up my recipt… after getting that sorted, when we eat the cake we find out they never put the fudge and crunchies in the middle! Unbelievable! I’ve worked at another Dairy Queen for 6 years, so i know just how ridiculous and inexcusable these kind of mistakes are. I do not intend on returning ever again.
