Food is good every time we’ve went. Normally we get their delicious burgers but we tried something new and it was just as good as their burgers. Full of flavor. The one thing is they take a while I assume making good fresh. But the employees are nice.

I heard this place makes one of the top 5 burgers in Portales. I don’t know because I was unaware you must either Walk Up to an outside window to order (the drive thru? Shakes & ice cream menu posted; I was told I *could* order there. A menu would have been helpful.) or Call Ahead. The most recent online menu is 1 year old, and a photo of the actual billboard menu. The menu is online, but with no info or prices. The menu billboard photo on Facebook is from 2015. I even tried to find a menu on DoorDash. Nothing.
Bottom line, this is probably a nice place for locals who know what they offer, but is not very welcoming for anyone else.

Small town place for quick eats. The beef taquitos were hot and cheesy and made for a perfect snack. I’ll definitely stop by again if I am back in Portales!

I was was very happy with the selection, service, cost, and the quality of my order. There is an outstanding variety in items on the menu. The service was fast and friendly. I look forward to returning. My only disappointment is that I had not come here sooner.

I’m sorry but this place has gone WAY DOWNHILL. They now charge almost 20% ABOVE posted menu price. Food is NOT good like it once was. Day manager is either indifferent, rude, or hateful.

It be the small town hole in wall with the best food! And very reasonably priced!!! Customer service can be a hit or miss, but they have great customer here!!!
I ordered a Regular Cheeseburger. Even though they accidentally put mustard versus mayo I still throughly enjoyed it! It was the thinnest layer of mustard which is why I didn’t make a fuss. This burger was bomb!! The next day my cousins and I drove back out there and that time I got a Snickers Cyclone & a Taquito (not pic’d). Loved ’em both! #VisitingFromDallasTX

Best burgers, reminiscent of the ones they used to sell at the Town & Country on MLK in Clovis. My kids LOVE the corndogs from here. The shakes are thick and creamy. Tried the jalapeño poppers tonight, if you like the ones from Sonic you’ll like them, they taste exactly the same. The ranch was just ok, a bit too runny for me.

My experience coming to pats the last few times has dismissed although the food is good im paying for items I don’t receive it’s frustrating considering the times we all face. I hope in the near future not only will the food continue to be fresh but I hope to receive either sides that are payed and purchased.

Guess they don’t really need business. Tuesday at 4pm. No other vehicles or customers in line or waiting. Me and another gentleman walk up to the window. Wait 5 minutes. Told “just a second”. Waited another 2 minutes before I left. Saw the other gentleman finally leave 3 minutes after that. No these times are not an exaggeration.
