Loved the cheesey bread. Fettuccine Alfredo needed more sauce. I had to order more Alfredo. The marinara sauce is fantastic. Wait staff was not great. Our server never refilled drinks and was not personable. We had to remind the waiter to bring my Alfredo sauce.

We really enjoyed eating here. It was so romantic outside and the food was really good. We had the chicken piccata which was enough to share one meal, and the Caesar salad was really good and the bread was fresh and hot. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

After many years coming to Pagosa Springs we finally got around to trying this restaurant. Unfortunately we are sorry that we did. The first indication that the dining experience would not go well was the hostess let us know that they were short wait staff. we should have left then. Our waiter was excruciating slow and inattentive. After being seated it took 17 minutes before he finally made it to our table. We took that as an indication to order everything at one time. I had the lasagna (very small portion for $20) and my wife had lobster stuffed pasta shells (if they were stuffed with lobster we couldn’t find it). The waiter never came back to the table after we got our food to ask how everything was. When he did finally show up we had been done eating for over 20 minutes. We very regrettably ended up spending $75 for less than mediocre food and a couple glasses of wine. I honestly do not recommend this restaurant.

Great place. Italian dishes are well prepared, great flavor, and served promptly. Service is spot on and the price of the dishes make this a good value. Nice comfortable place, clean. We have frequented this place many times and they have consistently performed each time over the last several years. You wont go wrong here.

We were very hungry for dinner when we got to Gustoso, having spent the day visiting Mesa Verde. We ordered calamari, pepperoni pizza, the Trio, and the chicken parm. Food came fast and the portions were generous; there was also a basket of cheese breadsticks. We spent over $100, after tax and tips, however, there were enough leftovers for 3 of us for a light lunch the next day (we warmed the leftovers at our hotel).

We had the Lasanga Bolognese and spaghetti Bolognese they were the best we’ve had so far the waiter was nice to give my husband a free beer (it was my husband’s birthday) the salad was very fresh and tasteful. We are definitely going to return.
