Asked for a large pepperoni & cheese with extra cheese. No garlic butter crust, light tomato sauce. Received the pizza & it was caked with tomato sauce & garlic butter on the whole crust. Also ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese, light tomato sauce, no garlic crust. Received it with caked in sauce as well. Both boxes even have a sticker for no garlic butter crust. Both pizzas are absolutely soaked in grease to the point you can’t pick it up with your hands so you have to eat it with a fork. What’s the point of having it where your can customize your order if they completely disregarded your request?

Try to avoid ordering at the busiest times, because the food gets a little slapdash and takes longer to be delivered, but I’m not going to hold that against them because I’d be making some slapdash food too if I had to deal with everything they have to do. But the food is still good enough on those nights, and becomes quite excellent on the nights when the staff are allowed to breathe.

Recently ordered a pizzas and sandwiches. Long story short pizzas were well made but the sandwiches were not. I’ve posted pictures of the sandwich with my review, and as you can see the habanero “chicken” sandwich is almost entirely cheese, jalapenos, and pineapples, with only three small chunks of chicken on this half of the sandwich. My friend and I are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the sandwiches, and feel like we did not receive what we paid for.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Placed a delivery order through their app and waited for over an hour for our food before contacting them only to find out that they had cancelled our order and instead of refunding our money so that we could order somewhere else, they hold the money for 3-5 business days before refunding it. Only excuse they offered was that they were busy and couldn’t handle the order. Unacceptable business practices coming from this South Boston Va location. It’s my fault though, I should’ve ordered Papa Johns.

Made an online Order for delivery Order for delivery Waited over 40 minutes before calling them because my order was still in the prep section on the tracking. When I called the store to find out what was going on they told me they had no delivery drivers and they could not tell me how long it was going to be before my order Was delivered. Change my order to a pick up this way I can get the food. When I get to the store there is 4 other people standing in there waiting on their food no one was assisting customers, The other customers were either waiting to pick up an order that was already paid for or even making order one lady said she’s been standing there for over 20 minutes waiting. This door is very unorganizedThis door is very unorganized. The store also had 5 people on shift that I could one of them was a delivery driver because they were packing the bags for delivery.

Food is good but service has been terrible recently. Several orders were either incorrect, missing items, or severely delayed. Mobile order stated 20-30 minutes for delivery which I expected within an hour but almost 2 hours for it to be delivered is a bit ridiculous. I know the location was understaffed due to covid as most restaurants are but the mobile app should be updated for days where they are very short staffed. On top of issues with the orders calling the location is useless as they do not answer the phone. Again I understand the understaffing however it is frustrating when you expect your order within a certain time frame. I will say my last order was supposed to be delivered and 2 hours later it had not even been made. I made a trip up there and spoke with the manager who stated they were very behind and apologized for the inconvenience, refunded the order and they expedited the order through the line. My last order I chose to pickup due to the above issues and the location seemed to be booming and had plenty of staff that were taking care of things in a timely manner.
